Winter Get Away

Great location, clean, comfortable and well equipped with ample space. Nicely maintained quiet community. Having a garage was nice. We mainly used the Spanish Moss entrance gate instead of the Marbella entrance gate for easier access. Enjoyed the golf course. Overall we had a great 60 day stay. Alan M.

Our February 2026 stay at this condo was a very good experience overall. The host, Steve Dutt, was consistently helpful, responsive, and kind in every interaction, which made the process smooth from start to finish.The condo itself is accurately represented by the photos on VRBO and is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The only limitation was the relatively small supply of household consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels, so guests may want to plan accordingly.One logistical item to note is the HOA approval process, which requires paperwork and about a 200 fee. While a bit inconvenient, it likely contributes to the community’s quiet and orderly environment.The neighborhood is pleasant, well maintained, and great for walking. The community pools are nice and typically quiet, providing a relaxing place to spend time. The back veranda is small but comfortable, though the view is somewhat limited. Street noise can occasionally be noticeable, but it was never overly disruptive. The entry stairs may be a consideration for guests with mobility concerns.We were disappointed that fitness center access was not included, which would have been a valuable amenity during a longer stay. We also played nearby Spanish Wells Golf Club, which we found to be overpriced for the quality of the course.Overall, this is a comfortable, well-located property in a pleasant community with a very attentive host. Recommended for a winter stay in the area.

Beyond Our Expectations

Our two month stay at this Vrbo unit was perfect! The location in Spanish Wells was close to great local restaurants and shopping experiences. The swimming pool was just a short walk away. The newly decorated condo was spacious, modern, and inviting. The posted pictures are very representative of this second floor unit. Colors and style flowed thru all the rooms. The open kitchen area was equipped with new essentials that this cook needed! The BBQ grill was a delight to the male chef. An unexpected treat was the screened in porch that overlooked beautiful Florida foliage. All totaled, this unit was beyond our expectations! Brian and Jo

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood as it is literally in the middle of everything SWFL has to offer. Situated equidistant from Ft Myers and Naples, our Bonita Springs condo offers hassle free commute to pretty much anywhere you would need or want to go. (just 3 mi to the beach, 15 mi to Ft. Myers and 15 mi to 5th Ave, Naples. and 20 min to RSW airport). Marbella is a quiet neighborhood with two community pools with adjacent clubhouses. Spanish Wells CC offers 27 holes of golf in a semi-private format allowing residents and guests to golf.

What makes this property unique

Our property is very nicely appointed with all new furniture (2023), remodeled kitchen and baths, plantation shutters, luxury vinyl flooring with vaulted ceilings that enhances the living area. This property also has a one car attached garage with additional parking for a second vehicle in the driveway. We have a lanai with new patio furniture for relaxing while enjoying the nature preserve behind our property. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook gourmet meals. We provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon to transport everything to the beaches just down Bonita Beach Road.
