We had a great time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this house. The management company was warm and helpful with using the nearby resort and arranging for a chef to come in and cook for us. The house was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything you could ask for. It's out about 30 minutes from town, but if you want a quiet beach and a comfortable stay, this is the place to go.

Best Rocky Point Stay!

A beautiful house on a beautiful sandy beach. Fully stocked for whatever our family needed. Lots of happy hours on the patio and game nights around large dining table. Two bonus highlights- the wristbands for the Grand Mayan (lazy River! Swim up bar!) that were included with our stay and the private chef we had arranged for several of the dinners during the weeklong stay (booked through concierge, ask for Geronimo!). Will definitely come back!

Fabulous Rental Home

Absolutely the best home we've stayed in, and we've been traveling to Rocky Point for 40 years. We all enjoy cooking and eating well on our family trips and this home was built by people who enjoy the same. Everything was so comfortable and beautiful. We'll be comparing all future rentals to this home. But be prepared with VRBO fees, taxes and service fees you'll be paying more like $600 a night which I guess is to be expected for such a property. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent house on Playa Miramar

Casa Las Brisas is the best! The views of the ocean from the windows/doors in the main living space and each of the bedrooms are extraordinary. We watched for dolphins every day, and saw them every day! Access to the beach is steps away. The house appears brand new and clean. The brick ceiling in the main living space is awesome! Amenities are modern. And, I haven't even mentioned the cold A/C throughout the house! The house is cooled by two separate external units that get the job done. Oh, and with this house rental, you get access to the resort just down the beach, with restaurants, etc. We plan to return. Thank you, Casa Las Brisas!
