*Please note the pool deck and private beach access point at this complex may be closed until June 2024, conservatively. In the meantime, there is a public beach access point located directly next to this complex that guests access conveniently through the parking garage. Most guests prefer to use this access point even when the pool deck is open because it's much closer to the elevators. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. Rates have already been reduced through 2024 to reflect any potential delays.*

In the meantime, the beach ramp impact to guests at Opus is minimal because there is a public beach access directly next to the complex. Guests typically use this access regardless because it's easier to get to from the room. Please know the general beach in our city has much less "beach area" left than normal due to the hurricane. This breathtaking condominium boasts bright, garden views from nearly every beautifully decorated room. This condo is an ocean view, side unit on this first floor but with some of the machines out on the beach repairing seawalls, it's blocked but you can still view the ocean from the balcony, slightly. In the meantime, we are categorizing this condo as a garden view in order to give our guests the most honest expectations. This elegant Opus condominium contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area, a garden view balcony, and over-sized windows and glass doors throughout.

The primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular ocean and river views. With a large walk-in closet, over-sized walk-in shower, granite double vanity, and 6' garden tub the primary suite is the epitome of luxury. The primary bathroom is also accessible! The vanity is open under one of the sinks to allow those in mobility devices to access the vanity.
The shower also has been modified to be truly roll-in with no ledge. The garden tub has been replaced with one with a built-in seat as well.

The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains a king bed. The third bedroom has two full beds with a full bathroom between the two guest bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean. Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. This condominium even includes a full laundry room! Step onto your private, balcony and enjoy the endless sunshine on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
