Welcome to the Chicken Ranch! High-end property, 69 foot deepwater dock.

We have 4800 square feet of luxury in this single level home which was professionally decorated with high end furnishing (mostly Tommy Bahama) in 2023. The home overlooks one of Treasure Cay's clearwater and deepwater canals. Enjoy 60 feet of spacious dock area that has power, water. and security. Exterior ice maker is near the dock/grill area to make boaters happy.

Our friends comment that the living area is the size of a basketball court. The huge kitchen island boasts double ovens, a six burner thermador gas stove, large refrigerator and every small appliance conceivable. It contains both casual dishes and china. It has everything a chef needs.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and all have TV's, high end sheets with down bedding and an assortment of pillows. The house has three king beds, two queen beds and sleeps 10 adults comfortably. There are also twin XL swing beds on the porch. The mattresses can be brought in for kids and there is a portable crib for babies. There is also a high chair and kids dishes.

The Den is large and has two oversized/long couches and other seating as well as surround sound blue tooth music (or you can use the Alexa speaker), TV and even has a full bar area.

The long dining table seats 10 with four additional swivel seats at the kitchen island. China and crystal are available for fancy nights as well as casual dish ware for family nights. Outdoor dining for 10 as well.

The two large porches are not counted in the square footage. The back porch overlooks the dock has two twin size Charleston swing beds, three teak chaise lounges and a teak outdoor dining table and chairs/seats 10. The front porch as four rocking chairs which will welcome you to The Chicken Ranch.

The house has a generator in case there are power outages which is a big plus to have in Abaco. It also has safe drinking water as we installed a hefty whole house water filtration system that not many houses enjoy. We also have a huge water holding tank so that if water pressure on the island gets low, guests staying at The Chicken Ranch will still have piping hot water. We also have two hot water heaters and two AC systems, three ice makers (fridge/bar and dock/grill area).

As mentioned, there is power and water to the dock but boats needing to use the power instead of using their own generator will need to pay an extra fee as costs of electricity are high in the Bahamas. Inquire and let us know the size of the boat needing to hook up.

Pets are not encouraged but we love ours and know you do too. With a non-refundable pet fee you may bring them though no more than two and any damaged caused will be the pet owner's responsibility. Inquire and let me know the type of pet you have and size.

Anna can be reached on WhatsApp at 242-475-3251. Jules can be reached on WhatsApp as well at 242-828-0918. Most everyone in Abaco uses WhatsApp as it is free as is FaceTime or FaceTime audio. Be careful of roaming charges if you use your regular cell service. Placing your phone on airplane mode upon arrival will still allow you to use it for calls, zooms and emails free via wireless.

There are TV's in each room though I hope you will enjoy the great fishing, snorkeling and many other outdoor activities in Abaco to even care about a television set!

You will not need a car but will likely want a boat rental if you don't have one, even if you only go out to visit nearby islands for just a few days. You will want to rent a golf cart.

Rarely, if boats are not available to rent, inquire of me and I might let ours be rented when driven by our captain. Jules can help get you sorted with boats, golf carts and cars. Just toss him a little tip when you use his services please. Texting him via WhatsApp works best.
