Sliding glass doors open fully onto a huge covered patio to give you a sense seamless indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy the breeze, grill some dinner, or mix a cocktail poolside.

This home has a split floor plan, chef's kitchen, salt water pool, outdoor shower, 3 internet TVs, SONOS sound system and stocked fireplace. Electric car charging station and convenient location to everything the area has to offer.

Two bicycles, tennis rackets, pickle ball set, yoga mats, paddle board, life jackets and brand-new 10 X 10 pop-up beach cabana are available to use.

Private, off-street covered parking that fits 3-4 vehicles.

We are active seniors who run our own businesses from home or remotely. Kathy is an executive coach, while I recently closed my art consulting company. I manage our short-term rentals, one in Gulfport FL and one in Blue Ridge GA. This year we plan to spend the dates this home is available in Blue Ridge doing some repairs and renovations on our cabin there while enjoying the little town of Blue Ridge, local trails and lakes.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is very private and safe, a quiet neighborhood where friendly neighbors walk their dogs and ride their bikes. We enjoy being on the water, love the wide variety birds and watching dolphins swim through the cove. While it feels like we are a little off the beaten path, we are located quite close to shopping, restaurants, the beaches, Gulfport and downtown St. Petersburg.

What makes this property unique

This waterfront home is cozy and has all the amenities needed for a home away from home experience. One floor, split plan, simple to maintain with a unique collection of fine, contemporary and traditional original art. With wide sliding glass doors that open entirely out of the way leading to a covered patio, pool and boat dock, it is inside-outside living at it's best. The covered porch also has hurricane rated screens that can be remote-controlled individually for privacy and shade.
