Amazing Vacation

We came to Florida to celebrate my kid's birthdays and they had so much fun. The pool is nice and the rooms were the perfect size. The kids were able to enjoy the pool and playground across the street also. Whenever we had questions, Stani was quick to respond and was very kind and helpful.

Great family get-away

Our group of eight enjoyed our stay here very much. Close to the parks. Stani was readily available and very responsive to the one issue we had. The children enjoyed the loft play area and the private pool (be aware that there may be an extra charge for heating the pool). We enjoyed the clubhouse / arcade / bar / family pool / fitness center (be aware that this is about five blocks away). The home was clean and well stocked, although there were no large cooking pots or serving bowls for our group of eight.

We are so glad your group enjoyed their stay and had so much fun. Also happy that we were able to rectify the one issue so quickly. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding about the pool heat. There was no extra charge to you for the pool heat during your stay. Each family likes the pool temperature to be different and when you requested it to be warmer, we immediately turned it up. We will purchase more serving bowls for future guests, as this is the first time it has been mentioned to us as being an issue. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to welcome you again during your next trip to Orlando.

We stayed here with my 3 young kids, husband and parents. It was the perfect set up and space. My parents loved their main floor suite while we had plenty of space upstairs. The location is perfect… lake view out the back and close to the club house. Communication with the host was top notch. They have thought of everything … Google home to play music throughout the house, baby gates, high chair, phone plugs by the bed, pool towels by the back door, a closet full of pool toys. The bathroom outside by the pool was super handy. Overall we really enjoyed our time and had a fantastic week of memories. Would love to come back next time we are in the area! Thank you Stani and Russ for a wonderful space for us to use. Would recommend to anyone !

Awesome Place to stay at!

The property was nice and clean when we arrived. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and Disney. My experience was excellent and I recommend this place to families or families staying with friends. Great place!!

Recent stay

The townhouse was very clean and the owners very responsive. The townhouse was well equipped. I did not like the neighborhood. It was not well groomed and loud. The pool is small so it is not a good choice for teens. I would not return to this property.

We work extremely hard to maintain the home and treat our guests very well. Our reviews for the property reflect that hard work. It is a little unfair to rate the property based on your experience of the resort. You can review the resort on google. You were 100% aware of the size of the pool from the pictures on line and you chose the house based on those images. I strongly suggest that next time you rent a home, you review what you are renting before you book. This pool area is the largest area for a townhouse you can rent in the area, with a south facing pool and lake view, doesn't get any better at this price range. Thanks again for renting with us and we find it very unfortunate that you chose to rate the house so negatively.

Wonderful property!

We had a quick little getaway to the Orlando area and was looking for a place that was cute and had a private pool. This place did not disappoint! It is beautifully decorated, wonderfully appointed, and was the perfect little getaway. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the pool toys that were provided. They also loved the themed rooms. The neighborhood was very busy when we arrived. Lots of cars and people. I was a little nervous it would be noisy but once we stepped inside the unit, it was like a little oasis. I also read about people complaining about the security gate being a pain but we didn’t find it to be a hassle at all. This was a great stay and we look forward to staying at the property again in the future!

This was such an amazing trip for our family of 5. The home was well appointed & the location was perfect for our plans. The development has several fun activities on site at the clubhouse & the view & personal pool at the home made our down time so enjoyable! We stayed at this home while visiting Disney. It was perfect for our family! My 3 year old daughter loved the Mickey Mouse room and had fun building towers with jenga blocks. The pool was great. There’s a closet full of pool toys which was amazing! We really had everything we needed and will definitely come back. It wasn’t very far from Disney at all. We ordered groceries and they were delivered to the house when we arrived. Someone we spoke to said the neighborhood offers a printable gate pass- that would be great for next time (if possible). Thank you!

Loud music at all hours, do not stay here.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays and while it's a lovely house, we experienced loud music and parties at all house which ruined our holiday. We were really disappointed to see that the complex's policy of "quiet hours" during 10pm-8am was completely ignored and not enforced. When we called to report loud parties/music, the security team told us we can call 911 and they are handling other things. We couldn't get our kids to sleep on Christmas Eve because of the loud bass music coming through their window, it was a nightmare. The owners of the house said it "wasn't their responsibility", in which case, I'm not sure who's responsibility it is? One of the other main reasons we booked this property was access to the large pool and splash zone for our small children. Even though it was explicitly advertised to be heated all year round, somehow "the pump" was broken and the water was ice cold, no one was able to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was also closed. Apparently it's been broken for weeks. The lazy river was somehow heated but was so overcrowded we didn't feel comfortable going in due to the complete lack of social distancing. The pool staff were extremely unapologetic about this situation and didn't seem to care that multiple families were very upset no one could use the pool. Again, the owners of the rental said this isn't their problem. Overall, I would caution anyone from renting this property, we did not have a good experience and I would certainly never rent here again.

We are sorry your experience was not what you expected. We appreciate your feedback and your concerns have been shared with the HOA, who is responsible for enforcing noise complaints. When you contacted us about the noise, we personally went to knock on people’s doors to ask them to turn the music off. Since then, the resort has adopted new measurements including roving patrol officers who will patrol on weekends/busy times to control noise. When you first contacted us about the community pool, we shared that the part needed to repair it was back ordered & the community manager was working to get it fixed as quickly as possible. But the part was out of stock due to Covid production delays, something neither we, nor the pool company can control. We offered to heat the backyard pool to any temperature you wanted, free of charge. In addition, the other community pool was heated. The hot tub is not broken, but part of Covid restrictions, like the community exercise gym & arcade, also out of our control. We are disappointed in your low review of our home. All of your negative comments are things that were out of our control, and we did everything within our control to try to make it better while you were here. In fact, we followed up after you left to get the HOA to remedy these things. We work hard to ensure our guests have an enjoyable & comfortable stay in our home.

Great stay

We stayed here during the pandemic to visit Disney World. The house was very clean...and we are pretty particular. We loved the amount of bedrooms to bathrooms ratio. Loved the size of the kitchen. The whole house was very well stocked with everything you would need, which is not always the case in vacation rentals. The owner has thought of everything. The house was about a 25 minute drive to Disney. The only cons: the check-in gate process is ridiculous, but the owner can’t really control that. Another con is that it is a townhouse so you definitely hear your neighbors through the walls and out by the pool; however, we did know this before renting. We would absolutely recommend this rental when visiting Orlando.

Great place, loud and not family friendly neighborhood

Inappropriate music, loud at all times of night and very inappropriate language for anyone, especially if they are under 10. The entrance gate system is really bad, as well.

We don't have control over other homes guests directly but we do have tools to address situations and will personally send a message to the HOA to ensure this doesn't happen again. Our gate process is being changed as we speak to a new easy check in process. We truly appreciate your feedback! We strive to make everyone's vacation relaxing and enjoyable, and we were very disappointed to hear that other renters in the neighborhood were not respectful. Best Family Vacation Ever!

We had an amazing time from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out! It’s a beautiful property and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! My boys was entertained from the game room to the Avatar decorations!!!! I don’t have enough words to say how much fun we had and during COVID this place gave us our HAPPY back!!! Highly recommend!!!
