Great resort, unit, & beach!

Everything listed was accurate. Listing was handled professionally, and when the property manager found out someone had broken the coffee maker: she brought a brand new one over! Thank you Kim with Beach Stays Vacations! (she also brought a new hair dryer; one of them was inoperable). The Beach is beautiful, as is the pool, and for that matter, the whole property; immaculate. Would go back for sure..

We expected something a little nicer for the price we paid. One of the rooms had no dresser, the handle on the sliding glass door to the balcony was broken off, the kitchen faucet was loose and crooked and the bed we slept on was so stiff, the second day I realized the whole mattress was actually upside down, that was a first for me, and the neighbors that live beside, came and knocked on our door asking if we were smoking marijuana on the balcony which was out of pocket.

We always want our guests to have a great stay, and we encourage guests to reach out right away if anything isn’t perfect - we are always quick to respond and would’ve been happy to tighten the kitchen faucet or check the mattress during your visit. We didn't know a prior guest had flipped the mattress! The sliding door does open and close properly, though one handle was on order for replacement after a prior guest broke it. The room without a dresser has additional storage space provided in the closet. Unfortunately, we can’t control neighboring residents’ actions, but we’re sorry that interaction disrupted your stay. We have hosted so many guests that have loved this condo, and we are sorry it missed the mark for you! We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and wish you all the best in your future travels.
