What a wonderful 6 night stay we had. When we opened the front door the home was cool with the ceiling fans going. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and essentials to get us through our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Nice, clean house.

This property is nice, it’s clean and well stocked with what 2 to 4 people would need. The hostess was prompt and courteous, and showed us around the home, and she answered all of our questions promptly by email prior to our arrival.

Not a clean house AT ALL

I stayed here for six nights on a work trip. The pictures did not indicate how dirty the place really wants. I will submit some pictures and decide for yourself.

Place was diligently cleaned before guest arrived. Guest did not raise any issues when he moved in. Only after being charged for post-departure cleaning, guest complained. Cleaning fees are not included in the rental fee. After guest's departure, extensive cleaning was necessary: Food left in the living room and guest bedroom. Trash not taken out. Beds not stripped. Dishes through out the house I found and in the sink. Sticky substance all on the floors. Excessive dirt in bathtub. Items left in fridge. Gum wrappers and chewed gum left in bathroom and guest bedroom. Besides, guest breached rental agreement by unauthorized use of property.

Not good, mold in bathroom, cockroaches in washer machine !! Broken toilet, massive mold inside tank A/C set at 72 👎🏻Pool temperature was too hot to enjoy, no lights in pool at night and outdoor furniture moldy too.. no barbecue, no bikes and no kayaking 😡

We do rent Vacation homes, we do not offer services for assisted living. Guests are free to adjust setting at A/C and pool heater. Bicycles are provided on request. We do not provide barbecue, kayaks. Why would guest think so? Description does not promise either! Kayak rental at Port Charlotte Beach Park is about 10 minutes by car. Place is professionally cleaned after every departure. Florida wildlife has to be reckoned with in Florida, though. In the tropics -- hot and damp -- mold can hardly be avoided.

T., B. and I have been extrememly pleased with the house. We really didn't know what to expect, but all our concerns melted away as soon as we walked in.We picked up a fews things that we wanted like wine glasses and small juice glasses .Pretty much the kitchen was nicely equiped, and having everything new was an extra bonus. The only thing that has been disappointing to us is the lack of cable TV. We are Big sports fans and miss the cable sports channels. The house itself is warm and inviting and we are enjoying it very much. You did a wonderful job. G. has been wonderful the few times we needed him. He has answered all of the questions and he has been prompt when adressing our few concerns. I hope that helps. Thank you for asking for feed back.

Piscine et belle vue

Nous avons passés un très beau séjour et Lisa a été très serviable et accueillante. Lorsqu'il manquait quelque chose ou que nous avions un problème elle veillait à le régler. À notre demande, le propriétaire s'est arrangé pour s'assurer que nous ayons internet à haute vitesse, ce qui a été très apprécié. La piscine était chaude et agréable. Si nous considérons le prix et la qualité de la maison en soi, c'est très cher,c'est la piscine et la vue avec les coucher de soleil qui font en sorte que ça valait le coût.

Great get-away from Wisco

There were a couple of issues - the pool light did not work & there was no dishwasher soap. Also - a few floaties for the pool would be nice & some basic spices. Other than that - everything was great!

Nice and quiet

Just the 2 of us for the week. What we enjoyed about the place was the morning coffee out on the Lanai watching the lake. Nighttime watching the sun go down. Nice area, quiet no issue with neighbors. We had an issue with the pool heater that quit the 2nd day we were there. These things happen and the owner was apologetic and provide us a partial refund. Perfect. Would stay here again

Home was exactly as represented. Clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the lanai overlooking the canal. Amazing location and neighborhood. Will absolutely return and request this home. Only wish it was for sale :)

Mini Vacay

The house was nice and enjoyed the linai. My only complaints were that we were told that since they had satellite tv instead of cable we would be able to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. The TV was not a smart TV and there was no HDMI cable hooked up from the BluRay player so we were unable to figure that out. Also it would be nice to have more than one lounge chair on the lanai for people to lay in the sun if they want and a ceiling fan would be really nice out there as well.
