With its prime and central location, front the sea, with panoramic view,this flat suites all people . On the sixth and last floor with lift, secure, with digicode and gardian .30 M2
1 room with a new double bed, very comfortable, terrace overlooking the promenade des Anglais with panoramic view 180° from cap Jean Ferrat to cap d'Antibes . Beach across the street .1 large bathroom,1 separate and equipped kitchenette ( oven,microwave,a full sized fridge-freezer,all appliances,as well as cooking utensils, pots, etc waching machine, Air conditioning, TV, wifi, Central heating . twice double glazing for a good sleep .
Dining area facing south with amazing view on 'Baie Des Anges' the french riviera .
I am extremely attentive,helpful,and available for any questions .

At two minutes,there are two gambles casinos, ,theatre,cinema,museums etc...
The buses stop, outside apartment, will take you to wonderful places, like Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, etc for only one euro 50 !
Car not necessary . On your arrival by plane, take the tramway to Nice, stop : Alsace-Lorraine .


As you can see: you are near everything ....

Great loaction, great view.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It is just right for a couple. It is close to Negresco, so it has a quite central location - not far from Old Town, Massena Square, railway station, Port, etc. Shops of all sorts, bars, bistros, restaurants - in abundance in the neighborhood. It is at a higher level facing sea so it offers a great view (!), and is few steps to the boulevard and the plage. As it is so high above the street it is very quiet at night. The building is quiet too - the concierge Katya is very nice and helpful. We parked our car in a commercial garage of which there are plenty in vicinity. Small kitchenette that is very handy for breakfasts and quick snacks and meals. With all the culinary opportunities around you do not need anything bigger, if you need any at all. Good for short and extended stays.

Ideal spot on the Promenade

This place is as advertised and we had a great stay. For 2 people it was perfect. We loved the balcony view and could easily walk to the beach. The apartment also included a beach umbrella and mats that came in handy for saving money by not having to buy one at one of the private beaches that neighbors it. Very cool that it is right by the famous hotel Negresco. Felt very safe and was not bothered by the noise and business of the Promenade.

Poor contact with owner during stay

I tried and tried to contact Jacqueline re the WIFI. she never got back to me and I needed it for work. I left a silver rose ring on the table in the propertly. It was a birthday present from my daughters. I have messaged Jacqueline about it and about payment for the postage. Again, she has not bothered to get back to me. Disappointing.

Cannot beat this location

We had a wonderful honeymoon here. The location cannot be beaten. The airport is close by and a quick taxi or uber ride. Everything you want to do besides maybe visit Monaco is within walking distance. My husband was a little too tall for the bed to be comfortable (he is 6 foot 6 inches) but that is most beds in Europe. We had a great stay, would highly recommend!

Studio Apartment - perfect location

From the moment I inquired about this listing I knew it would be perfect. Jaqueline and her husband are wonderful people and I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again! My husband and I wanted to visit our daughter (a University exchange student) for her Birthday and the location was perfect and the view amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. We did have some trouble with the internet signal and would recommend paying the extra to have international use of your cell phone. Thank you Jacqueline, it was a wonderful experience.

A perfect stay on the Promenade des Anglais

My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with this apartment which was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony where we had breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese daily. Having a refrigerator and kitchenette was convenient. The apartment was super clean and air-conditioned. The location was perfect - top floor overlooking the beach, secure and quiet building, close to restaurants and shopping and there was a supermarket just around the corner. Because of the great location, we turned in our rental car shortly after our arrival. Katya was very helpful and welcoming. She showed me how to use the washing machine and helped us get a taxi to the train station. Booking and payment were easy and the owner was very nice. We can hardly wait to return to Nice and we will definitely stay here from now on. We highly recommend this property!
