This recently renovated and modern furnished apartment (BoConcept designer furniture) overlooks one of the most stunning views in the whole of Antibes. Sea, castles, mega-yachts, mountains - you can see it all! A sunny, lofty, top floor apartment with 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge, it sleeps up to 4 people. All modern conveniences including kitchen, bathroom and appliances. The medium size terrace affords a view over old Antibes on the other side and how lovely to take your coffee in the morning sun!

Excellent apartment, very well situated with great views to both sides. Stephen kept us well informed of works being carried out and Anne is a friendly, welcoming host. Thoroughly recommend to anyone not minding a few stairs.
A great base for Staying in Antibes , short walking distances to restaurants, bars, travel connections and beaches . Apartment is very well equipped with stunning views which don’t disappoint, good communication from owner and manager. The close proximity to bars means a little more noise but adds to atmosphere of town life and holiday spirit. We would definitely return to this apartment again perfect for a couple who love Antibes .

Another wonderful stay in this great apartment. It’s spacious, clean, with everything we needed. It’s a superb location, so close to the marina and the centre of old town with incredible views. Stephen and Anne couldn’t be more helpful. Our second time here and we will definitely be back.

A few stairs & a little street noise, but nothing too drastic, nothing that spoilt a great stay.

We loved Antibes (more than Nice) for walking around, everything for tourists but also lots of local life. Apartment top floor so a CLIMB but when you get there, fantastic views both sides, while cooking etc (well equipped kitchen). So you get away from street noise but have a brightly lit apartment - and only a couple minutes from the bars, restaurants and a good supermarket (Carrefour City). Also enjoyed Picasso and the wee beach.

Fabulous holiday.
Gorgeous apartment in a great location. Just a short and easy 5 minute walk to beach and town. The apartment is clean and beautifully light and airy; the decor is modern and comfortable. We found everything we needed within the apartment, including two umbrellas (we had fabulous weather but it rained heavily on our first day). The view of The Port and mountains from the kitchen/dining area is gorgeous. Antibes is a lovely place to have a holiday, lots of lovely shops and restaurants and good beaches. As with most of The French Riviera you have to pay about 15€ per half day fora sun bed and umbrella, but there are beach mats and an beach umbrella 🌂 i in in the apartment . To get the fabulous views you do have to walk up four flights of stairs (80 steps) but we found it very manageable. We had a lovely holiday both with regards to the accommodation and area.

Praktisk liten lägenhet med balkong och fin utsikt. Nära till allt. Tillmötesgående hyresvärd. På grund av att lägenheten ligger på femte våningen utan hiss passar den inte för rörelsehindrade.
Für uns hat alles gepasst, Location nahe der Altstadt war perfekt, alles war fussläufig zu erreichen. Da wir ohne Auto kamen, war die Nähe zum Bahnhof besonders wertvoll für uns. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos, Stephen und Anne waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Tolles Apartment für 2 Personen! Die Wohnung hat einen angenehmen, gemütlichen Flair mit einem schönen Panoramaausblick auf den Hafen von Antibes und der Promenade in Nizza! Den Strand und die Altstadt von Antibes erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
Superb location & stunning views. Arrived late at night which was not a problem for property manager. Gave us tour of flat & all info required. Owner gave us a detailed pack for arrival ideal for anyone visiting antibes for first time. Highly recommend
Das Appartement liegt nahe des historischen Zentrums in Antibes in der obersten Etage eines vierstöckigen Gebäudes. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf und ein Strand sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Klimaanlage war von Vorteil.
Wer besonders ruhebedürftig ist, sollte indes bedenken, dass sich im Erdgeschoss und in 100 m Luftlinie Bars befinden, deren Betrieb bis weit nach Mitternacht geht.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Person vor Ort, ist schnell und unproblematisch.

This apartment has everything I need, good location, A/C, well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, balcony and a great view. At the moment some construction work is going on in the neighborhood, but it has not disturbed me. The owner is service minded and easy to deal with, and so is the property manager.
My partner and I stayed for a week in August in this wonderful apartment. It is clean and spacious with great views of the marina. The balcony is long and comfortable and perfect for a post-beach/pre-dinner drink. The air con was a very welcome relief! It’s so well located in Antibes old town with everything a stone’s throw away. Anne, who looks after the place, was excellent and responsive and was always on hand with an answer and support. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The view can only be enjoyed from the kitchen window, balcony has no real view.
Currently there is a huge construction site right in front of the apartment and also more of them in the vicinity, causing a lit of noise during the working days.
Stephen was very accommodating wten he learned about this and gave a discount - very much appreciated!
But this kind of noise will last for a couple of months so it should be communicated.
Apart from that: phantastic location, close to everything!
A very spacious and clean apartment, with superb views! It was fitted with everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Appartement très bien situé proche des rues piétonnes, du port et des plages.appartement confortable et très agréable avec une vue sur le port.

I really enjoyed my stay in Stephen’s apartment. It is very bright and furnished with great care. It has everything you will need and was very clean. The view is amazing! The location is perfect; just a short walk from the beach and the center. I can highly recommend it and Anne was also very welcoming and helpful during checkin and checkout. Just be aware that there is currently some construction going on in Antibes’ city center and the apartment is affected by the huge construction site. It might be a bit loud during weekdays for the next month. But once this is finished I would love to come back ;-) Merci et a bientôt!
Das Studio ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Dinge wie Toilettenpapier musste man nicht kaufen und waren in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.
Von der Küche aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den alten Hafen. Vom Balkon blickt man auf die Altstadt.
Leider hatten wir etwas Pech , da direkt vor uns eine Baustelle war und der Lärm sehr nervte. Die Lage ist ideal, alles kann man zu Fuß erledigen.

The apartment is very centrally situated and there is a redevelopment by the local council and unfortunately there is some noise during the working day.

Excellent position - being so close to everything that Old Antibes has to offer is fantastic.
An excellent choice of restaurants are on your doorstep.
Whether you arrive by air or train it is so quick & easy to reach the apartment and start your holiday. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the apartment from Antibes Gare SNCF or Gare Routiere.
If you want to venture out of town the excellent bus & train network is at your disposal.
