About the host
Hosted by David and Frances Woods

We are David and Frances and we looked forward to hosting you soon! We've been hosting for almost a year and have enjoyed meeting some great people; some we stay in touch with to this day.
We've been married for 27 years, have one daughter and two cats.
We love the outdoors, especially saltwater fishing, and enjoy when we can get to the Gulf of Mexico.

Why they chose this property
When we left the US Navy we decided to move to Phenix City to be near family. While we enjoy the amenities of living in the city we love being in the country where we know all of our neighbors, have a little bit of land, and less restrictions.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy sitting on the front porch looking onto the green field. During the evening you might get lucky and see a deer or two coming out of the woods to feed on rye, clover or corn.
