Enjoy the perfect blend of tranquil country living, just 10 minutes from Downtown Columbus and 14 miles from Fort Benning. Our clean, clutter-free, and inviting 399 sq ft tiny home is designed for your comfort and relaxation.

Living Area
Step into the light-filled living area, radiating warmth and hospitality from the moment you arrive. Unwind in the open-plan living room, a harmonious mix of comfort and practicality. Amenities include:
*Electric fireplace as the centerpiece, setting a cozy mood for relaxation on the sofa sleeper or soft recliner.

*Efficient AC/Heat unit for customized climate control

Kitchen & Dining
Cook anything from a quick snack to a full family dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining area that comfortably seats four for casual meals.

*Ample cabinet and storage space

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Main Bedroom (Main Floor): Features a cozy queen-size bed with simple, clean bedding. A built-in cabinet discreetly houses a washer and dryer, along with a closet and drawers for your belongings. You’ll also find a TV equipped with Amazon FireTV and Dish Anywhere.

Sleeping Lofts (Upstairs): The two lofts upstairs provide snug sleeping areas with Zinus mattresses on the floor. Please note that the ceilings are low, making them more suitable for children or as comfortable sleeping quarters for adults.
*Great for kids, cozy lounging or just sleeping
*Watch your head as standing is not possible - we recommend exiting feet first!

Bathroom
The bathroom is clean and functional, stocked with all the essentials to freshen up.
Combination tub and shower. Thoughtful amenities including:
*Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
*Hair dryer, Q-Tips, cotton balls, and makeup remover pads
*First-aid kit with bandages and rubbing alcohol

Laundry
*A washer and dryer is located in the bedroom, complete with detergent.
*Iron and ironing board

Getting Around & Trailer Parking & EV1 Charging
Ample parking is available for two or more vehicles, with additional space in the driveway and grass for a boat trailer or extra vehicles if needed.
*For guests with electric vehicles, a Level 1 EV charger is available upon request.
*For faster charging, stations are located at Burger King on Hwy 280 in Phenix City, AL, and at 800 Front Ave and Target in Columbus, GA.

Safety Features
Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with:
*A fire extinguisher on the kitchen counter
*A smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the hallway
*Exterior security light, walkway lights, and a rear flood light

Experience the tranquility of the countryside, away from the bustling city. Our home is nestled in a serene, rural area that offers a slower pace of life, just a short 10-minute drive from Columbus and 14 miles from Ft. Benning.
Please be mindful of children and pets in the neighborhood and drive with caution.

A Warm Welcome
As your hosts, we live next door and take pride in maintaining our properties. This means you may occasionally see us performing tasks like mowing the lawn or pressure washing. We do our best to schedule these activities around guest visits, but if you have irregular shifts, please let us know so we can be mindful of your need for peace and quiet.
