Boho Barn: Pet Friendly✨Hot Tub ✨Wi-Fi ✨Close to PF

The Boho barn is located in a country setting on the back acreage of our 10-acre farm. The acreage is off a 2-lane main back road (River Divide Road) into Pigeon Forge. Our neighbors have horses, goats, and dogs. They know when it's supper time and get pretty excited about it. You may hear Smoky the Hound Dog at that time. Although you sit at the back of our farm, sound travels in the holler, so you may hear occasional traffic noise when outside.

We live in the little farmhouse at the front of the property (We give you all the privacy, but if you need us, we are here for you)

Pet Policy:
The pet fee is $100 per dog
There is a 2-dog maximum
We only allow dogs
You will need to bring a crate
Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the home alone unless they are kept in a kennel
The pet fee is non-refundable
Please clean up after your pet(s)
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning needed due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Cancellation Policy: $50 Fee
Before 30 days - Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
Within 30 days, whatever dates we can rebook, we will refund the amount ($50). Example: if you had 5 nights and we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25)

Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Roads:
The route features all paved, easy two-lane roads with occasional curves, making for a smooth drive. There's also a gravel driveway that is friendly for both motorcycles and vehicles. You're just 5 minutes away from Pigeon Forge and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, with many attractions located just minutes from your doorstep.

Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
