Immaculate, Modern Home

My family adored our summer at this new home! Set in a very quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Napa, we enjoyed the privacy, amazing light, and beautiful touches throughout. It looks just like the photos, except better! The owners spared no expense in a recent remodel, and the whole home has a bright, minimalist European aesthetic we absolutely loved. We spent lots of time poolside and entertaining in the gorgeous kitchen. House is fully equipped for a longer stay and has everything you need for your Napa adventure, including thoughtful touches like games, a yoga mat/block, plastic wine glasses to use poolside, etc. It’s a 10min drive from downtown, but there’s a great kids park a 15 walk away, and grocery store/coffee shop within a 3min drive. Two minor things to be aware of - phone/internet service can be very spotty in this neighborhood. And noise does travel between bedrooms pretty freely. All in all a gem for those who love privacy & a modern aesthetic!

With beautiful views and easy access to Downtown Napa as well as all of Napa and Sonoma Counties, Browns Valley is a highly desired neighborhood. Our neighbors are an active community of friendly locals including families, working professionals, and retirees. It is safe and within walking distance to excellent hiking trailheads, parks, and local specialty markets.

What makes this property unique

Our home has just undergone a fresh remodel that was a major labor of love. With brand new flooring, appliances, and open layout, we wanted to bring in a light, modern feel while honoring the Napa lifestyle and original home design. We love the home's natural light, outdoor space with pool, large chef's kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out when hanging out with friends and family. We hope that you will enjoy it too!
