The space
A beautiful and welcoming space invites you in with Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, with smart 65" TV in living room for your viewing pleasure. You have lots of space around the house for the entire family, a large backyard with a large patio table to relax and enjoy the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, kettle, microwave, counter top and bar stools.

There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor with extra fluffy towels and a walk-in bath and shower for the one in the master bedroom.

In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality Queen-size bed, with luxurious cotton sheets and duvet. Blinds and curtains provide you with a night of great sleep. A TV with Roku is wall mounted and offers the perfect angle to watch from the bed when relaxing.

Start to finish was a great experience. We had lots of space for the five of us and wish we could have used the yard but there was too much snow.

The house is spacious, backyard was lovely. Kitchen well stocked and clean. The 2 adults who stayed in the "master room" had no complaints it appeared clean/comfortable. The 2 adults staying in the pink rm report that the bed is OK for a child, however not comfortable for 2 adults. It needs replacing, it was very worn on the right side there was no support if you get close to the edge you'll end up on the floor, it was like crawling into a marshmallow. The room is clearly meant for children so if you stay here with kids, great! The 3rd room was sufficient. Main bath was clean and had everything you need, towels were clean. The 3rd 1/2 bath was in disrepair, maybe in the middle of some updates?Communication was beyond frustrating, unclear, and we did not receive check-in instructions until AFTER the check-in time which threw us into a panic! We were literally on the phone with VRBO looking for alternatives when the instructions finally came through. We were never told by the owner when exactly we would receive instructions, I reached out several times with no response, it was our worst experience using a VRBO listing thus far, although everything did work out in the end. We never got an explanation, nor an apology for the inconvenience. We tried to follow all ChOut instructions hopefully didn't miss anything. I realized after we left that we may have left a window open in the upstairs bath and notified owner immediately and he acknowledged that.

It was exactly what we needed and in a very convenient location. Plenty of room, and having the kitchen and tv area to relax in was great. We will stay here again the next time we visit Saskatoon.
