Be the first to stay at our crisp & clean new listing: Steps to Kailua Beach and Lanikai, this super cozy and modern 1 bedroom apartment is sure to deliver an unforgettable Hawaii vacation experience. We welcome 30 NIGHT minimum or more stays at the Kailua Hula House. (HI State LAW: Bill 41/89)

We offer guests a boutique hotel like feel, right down to the plush pillow top bed and the Kona coffee and 100% cotton muslin robes. You will love coming to your home away from home to this air conditioned and well maintained apartment.

The set up:

Open concept living and dining area with smart tv, AC, fully equipped kitchen, and sliders that open to the outdoors. Outside is another dining area that seats 4 with a gas BBQ and Adirondack chairs with flip out drink holders. Guests will also have use of 2 folding beach chairs that strap on like a back pack for easy jaunts to your favorite beach nearby. Also included is a rolling cooler and snorkel gear for 2 people.

The bedroom has a plush pillow top Queen sized bed with AC and smart TV. There is also an ample closet for storage.

A full bathroom with shower/tub combo also has a full sized/stacked washer & dryer.

Bonus: outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off after beach time…

so happy we stayed here

We highly recommend this vacation rental! it was conveniently located (short walk to Kailua beach and Buzz's restaurant), well equipped, and the host was great! We were very comfortable during our stay. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the BBQ was also great. The out side area was very nice too, especially the heated outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The neighbours were also friendly. Very safe neighbourhood too!
