Plan your Finger Lakes Wine Country getaway or vacation in this beautiful year round lake home on the east shore of Seneca Lake in Lakeshore Landing. Relax and enjoy a newly renovated walk-out lakefront home with year round sunsets.
Covered front porch has two rocking chairs and outside table with 4 chairs to enjoy a gorgeous garden in the front of the house. At the back there's an expansive lakeside deck to enjoy the sunsets with a 7 person hot tub (open May through October). Located on a quiet dead-end road with Sampson State Park just a 5 minute walk away leading to over 20 walking trails. New 100 foot dock out over the lake ( bring your fishing gear).

The main entrance has access to the first floor bathroom and leads into a new modern kitchen with breakfast nook. The modern kitchen is well equipped with hardwood floors throughout the main floor and opens through french doors to the lakeside deck.

The living room has comfortable leather furniture. The large dining room has a table with six chairs on one side of the area and a wood burning fireplace sitting area on the other side of the room - all in an open floor plan with an amazing view of the lake.

The first floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen beds with an attached bathroom and large tiled shower. The second bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom is a suite with a queen bed this bedroom has an attached bathroom and separate door to deck.

The second floor has two bedrooms each with a bay window that overlooks the lake - one has a queen bed and the other has two full size beds. There's a large full bathroom with tub on the second floor.

The heated and finished game room has a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, queen bed and comfortable chairs for your enjoyment. There is also a laundry area in the corner.

The house offers luxury and relaxation in the heart of the Finger Lakes where you can enjoy lake living. The home offers privacy but is also conveniently situated on the Seneca Wine Trail and is a short drive to Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca and Watkins Glen as well as easy access to Interstate 90 or I86/Rte 17.

The home is close to many popular lakeside wedding locations - Belhurst Castle, Ventosa Vineyard, Esperanza Mansion, Wagner Winery and Logan Ridge Estates.

Seneca Lake Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and a couple of grandkids worked up the courage to go down the slide on our last day. We saw some beautiful sunsets and roasted marshmallows for s’mores. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance. Diana was very helpful and answered questions in a timely matter. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay On The Lake

The property itself is amazing. The pictures truly don’t do it justice, we wish we were able to spend some time on the lake but it was a bit too cold. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway. The only down side is that ride share apps are relatively unavailable so either bring a car or plan to call for Taxi’s in advance. Diana was very attentive and left us a nice gift on our arrival. Apparently there was an issue with deck chairs after we left but we hope that it was able to get sorted out quickly.

Home sweet lake home

A group of 9 of my friends rented this property and we absolutely loved it! There is literally everything you could possibly need right at the house including hot tub, fire pit, fully outfitted beautiful kitchen and our favorite part was enjoying the sunset off the lake front patio 😍 The owner, Diana was extremely helpful with recommendations and there is no shortage of nearby wineries, delicious restaurants, hiking (Watkin's Glen!). The pictures really don't do this property justice and I couldn't begin to outline the amenities we didn't get to enjoy as there are so many!

Fun at the lake

The time we had with the family at the lake was amazing! The kids had such a wonderful time especially using all the fun lake toys . The slide and raft were a hit! The only thing is that the air conditioning unit was blowing a lot of dirt/dust back out into the bedroom and kitchen nook. Not sure if that could have been cleaned up. And while the house was equipped with amenities, we did run out of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towel. We had to run out and buy some and considering we paid a lot to stay for the week it would have been nice to have more of those supplies. . Other than that, it was a lovely time!

Autumn in Finger Lakes

Six sisters get together annually. Property was lovely with lots of space, very clean, a fully equipped kitchen (we cook), and terrific amenities and location (right on the eastern shore of Lake Seneca). Owner, Diana, was more than helpful and accessible. In fact, she called just to make sure we had found her place and had no concerns. She also suggested things to do nearby. All my sisters loved the house. The sunsets were awesome. We would definitely rent again.

My long weekend visit

A little slice of heaven

We were thrilled with this property and can't say enough positives about it. We've rented vacation properties for over 25 years and this one was perfect in every way. The owners thought of everything. This is a first class unit and perfect for a family vacation or gathering of friends. There's so much to see and do in the area. I highly recommend the white deer tour. It is a 501c and they make good use of their funds. Saw lots of white deer and scads of white tails. As a former MP at that facility it brought back lots of memories. Wineries, breweries and distilleries abound. You will not be disappointed renting this one.

We had a lovely experience. Lots of space to relax, and lots of amenities to enjoy. The front garden is beautiful. The firepit right on the lake was our favorite and we also enjoyed the propane firepit on the deck. Diana was very thoughtful setting up toys and a highchair knowing I was bringing my two year old.

Wonderful Wine Weekend

Six of us stayed for a long girls weekend (Wed-Sun) at the end of April 2019. The house was wonderful! The pictures do not do this property justice. The deck is simply amazing and you have a view of the sun on the lake from all corners of the house, morning, noon and night. Eating breakfast with a view of the lake was a daily ritual. The kitchen is perfect, undated and fully stocked! Plenty of bedrooms. The finished, attached garage made the perfect spot to store the many bottles of wine we acquired during our tasting outings. And having the second fridge was a plus for waters and extras. There was plenty of room and we never felt crowded or like we were on top of one another. The house was super clean and perfect upon our arrival. The hot tub was a welcome evening ritual and felt good after a day of standing for tastings. Diana, the owner, is VERY responsive and got back to all requests and inquiries in 24 hrs or less. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating, allowing us entry 2 hrs early for check-in. There was even a bottle of wine left to welcome us to our vacation! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. One of our group went for a morning 5 mile run with no worries about safety or speeding cars. My one and only suggestion would be to upgrade the hot water tanks. We had issues running out of hot water when all of us (6) were getting ready to go on our tours in the morning or post-hot tub in the evening. If you are able to stagger the shower usage by ~20-30 min in between, you will have no issues. But if you all need to be ready at the same time and get a shower one right after the other, like we did to meet our tour driver each day, then just be sure not to run the dishwasher ahead of time and be conscious how long you take. We certainly made it work! We thought we should mention it for future home improvement. But it was a minor issue to work around given the overall perfection of the home! We will definitely be back!! Beautiful and comfy - even in the rain!

Five coworkers and I gathered at the lake house to spend some time and do some "team building" (read: wine tasting). We all work remotely, so it was a special treat to be able to actually share physical space. The house was so well-appointed, clean, beautifully decorated, and the location can't be beat! If I were to come back to the area with my family for a Summer vacay, this would definitely be top of the list because of the fire pit, expansive deck, dock with slide, kayaks, paddle boat, sand table for the littles, etc. Really, there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already there!

Great lakefront property!

Our family of four siblings and spouses rented this house for a long weekend. Everyone loved the house and all the amenities. The house was very spacious and had something for everyone. Being right on the lake, with access to a waterside fire pit, hot tub, large deck, kayaks, game room, a modern kitchen and incredible views made for a great relaxation spot. Thinking about renting this home.....just do it before someone else beats you to it!

Perfect for our family get away!

This house lives up to all of the positive reviews it has received! We stayed for a short 4-day visit with a group of three small families. Our group had so much fun with the features that the house offered and some of the local attractions. We enjoyed 3 Brothers Winery and Bottomless Brewing just up the street and also made a short day trip to Watkins Glen. I would recommend anyone seriously consider this house for your trip to the Finger Lakes! We are certainly glad we did!

It was absolutely wonderful.

We could tell that the owners absolutely love their lake house. It is right on point. Although our stay was short and we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy a lot of the fun water sports it was really neat that it was all there for our use. A summer stay would be a blast. The dock and yard are amazing with a lot of privacy as there are no houses directly adjacent.

Amazing!!!! A true beauty!

We stayed at this beautiful property at the beginning of May for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for four couples. The pictures do not do it justice - our first impression was WOW! The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could ever need. The game room in the finished garage is awesome. The huge deck, which is right next to the lake, is amazing, as well as the dock where you can sit and enjoy a drink or meal. The views were spectacular. Diana was great to communicate with about any questions we had about the property. She also had many special touches and preparations that made our visit so special. We would love to stay there again! I would highly recommend this beautiful property!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!

Great home --right on Seneca Lake. We had 5 couples that get away from it all each October and this home fit the bill! Great Location, near a ton of Winery's and Brewery's. This house was stocked with everything you need-- 5 bedrooms with comfort . Huge living room and open concept kitchen. The long dock out to the lake with table and chairs at the end. The paddle boat and canoe's got a lot of use the week we were there... HOT TUB--we utilized that constantly as the nights were cool. Kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable pot, pan and utensil you will every need...... The garage had a ping pong table and a foosball table -- spent a lot of time playing way to much ping pong!! And we cannot say enough about the owners- Tom and Diana are the best..!! highly recommend this and we will definitely be returning...don't hesitate to book this home-- it is a Five Star rating ***** all the way around.

Perfect Vacation!!

We rented the home for my son's college graduation....and have to say it by far exceeded our expectations! The house is absolutely beautiful and Diane went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we would need. The view is magnificent ...and the layout was perfect. Senior Ladies Fall Get-away

8 of us spent 4 nights in this beautiful house on Seneca Lake .Despite 3 days of horrible weather, we loved our stay and found this house very comfortable , decorated beautifully, and has the best equipped kitchen you could ever dream of. Although we expected to eat dinner out, we enjoyed this wonderful kitchen so much, that we preferred " staying home" and cooking together every night.This is a perfect lake house! Hope we get to return next year.

Wonderful Fall Stay

We had a fantastic time at the house and were very pleased with the accommodations. Since it was fall and swimming was not an option we wanted a place that had indoor activities as well as a nice flat grassy area for the kids to play. There were 6 kids in our party so this was critical. The lake front area was perfect for what we were looking for and there were plenty of toys for the kids. We adults appreciated the fact that the rec room was on the far end of the house so we could talk in peace in the kitchen while the kids played. Lol! The kitchen was very well stocked - we had waffles for breakfast thanks to the waffle maker! The home was comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful, providing us ideas of where to go with the kids and what to do. We would happily come back for another stay!

Couldn't be any better!

My wife and I stayed here with 3 other couples for a weekend of wine tasting. This property couldn't be any better. From the location to the amenities, it was a perfect weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us and then some. We had beautiful sunsets while enjoying the nightly lakeside campfires. The pictures do not do this property justice. The owners were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay right on Seneca Lake.

beautiful property

This was our second time staying here and it's even better than before. The new kitchen flows into the dining and living area which allows everyone to be together. Expansive deck offers gorgeous views of the lake. This place has it all. Ten years of visiting the Finger Lakes and this is the nicest place we have stayed. We will continue to rent this place in the future.
