Bright unit with enclosed/screened Florida room. Furnished tastefully. Master bedroom includes a king size bed and a walking closet w/slider to Florida room. Florida room has a desk/chair for office space and a full sofa bed. Double sinks in master bath. Guest room includes a queen size bed and two twin beds (trundle) with a closet. Washer/Dryer in unit. 1-car detached garage. Great location - beautiful Gulf beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. Just a short bike ride (or walk) over the bridge to the beach. NON-SMOKING!!!!
