Simply Excellent!! Great property. Super close to the beach. Beach was very, very clean and wonderful for family. Even better then Clearwater Beach. Host was great and very easy to communicate with. Have nothing but wonderful things to say all around. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect vacation spot for a Girls trip!! The house was super clean and the backyard pool area was so relaxing. Also very easy and quick access to the beach. The host was very easy to get ahold of and the house had everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Great location, great home extremely spacious. If I have a complaint to make is the queen bed in one of the rooms needs a new mattress. Not sure if it’s too soft or broken, but the person whom slept there complained a lot about it and ended up sleeping on the couch. But 10 out 10 for sure.

My family loved the private pool, and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the number of great restaurants nearby. The host was easy to talk to and was quick to respond when we needed him. This was a great place to stay, and we can’t wait until we can come back again.

Location and parking were excellent! The photos are not 100% accurate (furniture, house color, floors, washer/dryer, no closet doors). The room with the king bed did not have an attached bathroom, the room with the queen bed did (I would have thought it would have been opposite, like a “master room”). The backyard was a great little oasis. Since it does get so hot, and the pool bakes in the sun all day, considering a little shade back there would be nice ; possible a “sun sail shade” over the pool or a gazebo for shade.

We were disappointed to learn we did not earn your 5-star review. We take reviews very seriously as this is our livelihood, and anything but a 5-star review hurts us. As we continuously make upgrades and changes to our properties, we strive to make them better and learn from guest feedback. Because of the continual updates, we are sorry if some of the photos did not match exactly during your visit. All of the changes are improvements, and most of the changes and upgrades have come since the hurricane when we were entirely flooded. The floors are the same, the exterior paint is new and brighter, and the closet doors are being repaired. Mid-July is one of the hottest times of year, and we cannot control the weather. However for shade, we do offer a large umbrella for the pool sundeck which is in the shed with a dedicated holder in the pool for all guests use. The ensuite bath and bedroom were done during a previous remodel by a previous owner and we make the best of what we have. Cannot change that and a King bed in there is too tight. From accommodating your early check-in to providing the many amenities which others do not, and offering to return your forgotten items, we again apologize for not meeting your 5-star standards.

Better than the pictures! House was clean, pool and backyard area was great! Easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. A very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach supplies - wagon, cooler, chairs, toys. The bikes were a big hit with the kids!Thank you for a great week in IRB!

Just completed our one week stay in Brett’s house in IRB - we enjoyed every minute. The house is perfectly located, just 5 minutes walk to the beach in a very quiet street. The house was very clean and comfortable, with big sofas in the living room and den areas. The bright kitchen diner is fully stocked with everything you could need, with large windows and doors opening onto the patio and pool area. The pool was a great size, clean and with lots of pool toys to keep our two boys occupied. There was also loads of beach accessories available - chairs, parasols, games and two carts for the short walk… don’t miss the sunsets - incredible!There are several restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance - there is also a very convenient bus service which runs every 30 minutes between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach… 5 for an all day pass for a family of 4.The WiFi speed was excellent also, download speed greater than 400Mbps.Communication with Brett was faultless - we had one small issue with the AC and Brett had a contractor onsite immediately and it was resolved. Brett also attended personally to ensure it was fixed.
