An excellent stay!

We had a great stay at this property. Communication was top notch and all messages were answered promptly. The home is exactly as it looks online and was perfect for our family stay. Our kids really enjoyed the mickey and Minnie themed room and we all loved having our own bathroom!

We had a great stay at this property, just as advertised. Bedrooms furniture do need a bit of an upgrade. We had a minor issue when accessing the property but the team handled it superbly the customer service was top tier. This property is great for small families. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is also top tier. Overall 5 stars in all aspects.

Great location, great spacious house

The perfect stay for a family

The property was very clean and exactly as shown on the site. The rooms were warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything that we needed, and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, especially after a day traipsing around the parks.. Would definitely recommend this to any friend looking to stay near the parks.

Great vacation home for our Disney family trip

The home was very comfortable and convenient for a family of five. Close to a Walmart and Publix to get supplies for the house. Close to Disney parks, restaurants and Orlando shopping outlets. Windsor Hills is a great community!

Good Place for a Spring Vacation

Overall location was what was expected and close to amenities. There were some issues with the deadbolt and getting into the house when we first arrived but the host was able to quickly get us into the unit after a long day of travelling. The house overall could use a deep clean as there were some stains on the walls and carpets but didn’t feel like the house was dirty overall. The clubhouse and pool for Windsor Hills was amazing and was worth taking advantage of even with a baby. Amenities for a baby (travel crib, high chair, etc.) were a very nice touch and made our travel from out of country a little easier.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Communication

I was initially hesitant about this booking, as I had never paid outside of the VRBO platform before. The payment was processed through a company called iTrip, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, I’m so glad I went through with it—my concerns were completely put to rest. The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with a vacation rental: fast, clear, and responsive. We encountered no issues during our stay. The townhome was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. On the one minor issue we did have, it was addressed immediately and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect off-property Disney stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this location! Everything went very smoothly with no hiccups at all during our stay. It's about as close as you can get to Disney, with great resort amenities. The Disney theming felt very magical to my daughter. The walk to the main resort pool took just a few minutes, and about a minute, maybe less, if driving. Private pool was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay

We have been coming to Orlando the last few years for worlds cheer competition. Windsor hills has never disappointed. Our whole team stays here. This property was perfect and made our stay that much more great. It was clean and comfortable and had every thing we needed. I would definitely stay at this place again. We had no problems at all with anything. The pool in the back was an added bonus. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and then some

GREAT short stay

Our stay here was great. The community pool was heated, which our kids loved! The game room was awesome. The house was clean ans stocked. Beds were comfortable. House pool was cold but it is November, and should have gotten it heated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. It was close to Disney, and there is a Walmart and CVS not far the resort

Arrived and had help from staff at access property. Staff were helpful and courteous. Property is clean and comfortable with good access to facilities on site. Security is good. Instructions were easy to follow. Contact has been easy with centre management and our issue of no curtains was sorted within a day. Very happy.

Overall it met our needs. This place needed a deep cleaning. Light fixtures in bathroom very dusty and some bulbs burned out. Toilet seat broken. Curtains to patio stained. Corners of floors not clean. Have stayed at other resorts that were much cleaner.

Family vacation

Our stay here was wonderful with exception to our arrival. The gate didn’t have us registered apparently and could give us no information other than 2 phone numbers that there was no answer to either. It was eventually resolved. The house is exactly as listed. Was clean, and the kids loved the pool and the community pool and splash pad with water slides.

Just as described!

The property was just as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was perfect for my family of 3. We enjoyed the pool in the back although if staying again would definitely pay to have it heated, it was very cold. The property was clean although I would suggest doing a deeper clean if possible to get some of the dust on the baseboards but overall clean for our stay. It was great to have laundry on site. I would suggest upgrading some of the towels they were very thin and a few beach towels were torn. We did have an issue with the back slider door sticking and the handle that I let the property manager know about. The main pool was a definite plus that my son loved along with the water slides! They also had an arcade and a movie room which is a plus for little kids. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here and we would stay here again!

Disney Trip

Pros: Quiet neighborhood Large community pool with daily activities planned Close to Walmart - made it easy to run and grab items as we needed Cons: Driving to/from Disney parks takes about 30-40 minutes even though it's only a few miles away - lots of traffic! Not a rental unit issue just a call out for those deciding to stay on property vs off. Need to drive around community to access parks, pool, basketball, putting green, etc. - too far to walk with kids No cooking spices, cooking spray, sugar, etc. Instructions say not to leave these items behind, but would be beneficial for renters to share these. Wish there were cleaning products for renters to use in the unit. The main floor was dirty so we needed to purchase cleaning products to clean the unit when we arrived. Wanted to keep it clean throughout our stay as well.

Good for what you need it.

Close to Disney, great area, and good amenities. Could definitely use some upgrades from the constant noise from pool jets and the fridge compressor, to the dryer that takes five cycles to dry a load of towels and the outline of dirt that runs across every wall that touches tile. Based off the cost and comparing to the location and amenities your getting what you pay for. Not knowing what other standards are out there, I would try a few other places before returning to this one.
