This gorgeous end unit two floor townhouse is located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort. The townhouse is just steps away from the main clubhouse and is well maintained, continually updated, and sure to please. We have and continue to maintain a very high level of service to our guests ensuring that they have constant access to reach us and secure their peace-of-mind with providing an on-site management company which stand ready to assist them 24 hours a day.

House Rules:
At this time, the resort is allowing the 6 guests staying in our home access to the water park and pool.
Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort.
Guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval.
At this time, the resort is not allowing visitors to the pool and water park, just registered guests only.
**Please not that our community pool will be closed September 5-October 6, 2024 for resurfacing. The water park will be open to enjoy with your family.

Excellent Disney Vacation Home

We really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and conveniently located near a Wal-Mart. Loved how the home was merely minutes from Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. The owners were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The townhouse community is beautiful. The clubhouse was very nice and the pool was great! Our townhome was very clean, well stocked and spacious. The private pool out back was an added plus. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Our company owns and manages properties within the Windsor Hills Resort and we love the area. We take pride in our properties and want to allow guests to have a fun, safe and relaxing vacation. We started managing vacation rentals in 2008 and expanded to the Kissimmee area in 2013. We enjoy making memories with friends and family, so we hope you will enjoy our home and make memories of your own.

Why they chose this property

This townhome is perfect for friends and families. There are three bedroom and three bathrooms, with a large family space on the lower level. One of the bedrooms is on the lower level for guest that need to be on the main floor. There's also a splash pool in the back yard for families that want to dip in and out of the pool before the going to the parks. This townhome is just a short walk to the clubhouse where guests can grab some dinner or play in the new water park.

What makes this property unique

This townhome is an end unit, which is larger than the other townhomes in the community. We also have onsite management company that can assist with guests needs as they arise. This townhome is recently remodeled with new furnishing and granite counter tops. We love our new townhome!
