Sleeps 6 at Point Sebago Resort and Golf Course

Come stay at a premier Maine vacation spot! We are located at Point Sebago Resort which offers endless amenities and family fun. Point Sebago offers day/evening supervised children's camps and activities, beach and lake access, a marina with boat and slip rentals, tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, award winning 18-hole golf course with 19th Hole Restaurant and Lounge, daily adult happy hour with live entertainment, and family adult live shows/entertainment nightly. This is a four season, 2 level home that offers central A/C, full kitchen and large deck with propane grill. Guests are asked to replace the propane if you use it and/or if it becomes empty. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, a first floor full bath and a second floor 3/4 bath. First floor bedroom includes Twin/Full bunk and a Queen bed and 2nd floor bedroom includes a King bed. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. Pillows with protectors and mattress protectors will be provided, for all beds, by owners and renters are responsible for providing sheets and towels for use during their stay. There is a smart TV in the living room and free high-speed wifi is available. Guests can make use of the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. There is a coin operated laundry center available on Point Sebago campground property. Parking available at the home for 2 cars. Check-in time on day of arrival is 3pm and check-out time is 10am on day of departure. For the comfort of all our guests, we don't allow pets.

Point Sebago charges a fee of $10/day, per person that renters pay directly to Point Sebago for lake/campground access. This must be paid no later then a week before your stay. Golf carts, to help you get around the gated community, can be rented through the resort daily or weekly. Call early for golf cart rentals- they always sell out fast! Additional fees may apply for campground amenities.

Note: VRBO charges renters a service fee for using their service; owners do not get this fee. All payments must be made on time or the rental will be canceled. Renters agree to all rules in rental contract, Point Sebago rules and information and rules about this rental listed on this rental ad and VRBO rules.

Also did you know North Conway NH is only one hour away from Point Sebago? Great day trip to take. Downtown Portland Maine is 40 minutes from Point Sebago. Many local breweries in Portland makes for a great day trip! Beautiful waterfront walking area and fun shops to visit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean grills and grease traps. If the flat top grill was used, scrape the surface, rinse with water and coat with a thin layer of olive oil. Please check propane tanks have been turned off.
Close the patio umbrella and close all gates on the deck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must comply with all Point Sebago Resort rules and policies.

We are a couple from MA with two school age children. Our home was purchased with the intention of quick weekend getaways with the kids in-between their sport commitments. What we enjoy most about Point Sebago and the location of our home is the quiet and peaceful escape at the home however the house allows for a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach and beautiful views of Sebago Lake. We are new to hosting but it is our hope that we can share our home with other families to make lasting memories with their family and friends in the comfort of a home but the feel of a campground.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located close to the resort's 18-hole golf course and situated on a lot that provides wooded privacy from other resort visitors. The neighborhood is located approx 1 mile from the campground and bustle of campground/beach areas which allows for the option of partaking in campground activities or staying at the house for a more subdued experience. The home includes a large deck and relaxing firepit area which provides a peaceful space for dining and relaxing with your friends and family.

Point Sebago is a family campground resort that offers an 18-hole golf course and the home provides all the amenities of a four-season home with a campground feel. Glamping at it's finest!
