AZ visit

Great location to explore southern Arizona. Beds were comfortable and the yard was great for our two dogs! We enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving in CasaGrande

Easily found! Very nice curb appeal. Clean kitchen. Large dining room table for game playing it eating. Plenty of seating for t v watching Plenty of beds. Clean linens and towels. Nice complementry toiletries.

Not as advertised

Poor communication with host. House was not as described house was dirty black marks on walls kitchen faucet was loose previous renter told them nothing was done to fix it. Master bathroom one side of the sink faucet didn’t work. Pool was dirty with leaves floating in it. Weeds were 6-8 inches high in backyard outside furniture has been chewed on by dogs. Sleeps 10 only enough plates for eight. We complained to the host and VRBO and got no satisfaction from either ruined our time in Casa Grande (February 29-march 31st) Will never use VRBO again.

OK with potential for GREAT

The property worked great for our purposes- graduation of grandchild. Not sure if the property management is monitoring the cleaning crew as there was dust and parts of the home that could have been cleaner. Property seems to lack some minor maintenance, i.e. we had to buy light bulbs as both bathrooms were missing them. Plumbing fixtures loose & 1 sink not functioning.Purchased pool net as the one provided was broken & pool full of debris. Torn cushions on patio chairs. Garbage left in garage, outside next to garbage can and garbage can was half full of garbage which was a big issue since we were staying for a week. A little attention to detail and keeping maintenance up to date and this property would be 5 star all the way!
