Summary:
This is a 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath. The home is 2,100 square feet and located in a very nice part of Hendersonville. There is an in-law suite but the suite doesn't have a shower just a half bath. Currently the suite does not have a bed in it, but if someone would like one there we are ok with that. A nice, cozy, and roomy place. Great area and a wonderful neighborhood and neighbors. Neighbors always look out for neighbors, one big reason why I love the area! Close to gas station, grocery store, Dollar General and Starbucks! Guest Access:
The home is completely accessible to guests. However, there is 1 outside shed that contains the owner’s personal belongings. For any food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them all to you.

Getting Around:
Grocery Store, Dollar General and Dollar Tree within 3 miles.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt dot com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
