The cabin is always professionally and thoroughly cleaned before all guests' arrival and is equipped with the fastest internet available.

Very open design for fun gatherings, while still having plenty of rooms to escape and relax.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Upper level decks w/ conversation area and fire pit, outdoor table. Lower level deck with sitting area off the game room. Back patio with a 2nd fire pit and a couch/ conversation area.

KITCHEN: Well equipped w/ all of the cooking, baking and entertaining essentials: stainless steel appliances w/ gas range, toaster.

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer.

PARKING: Driveway (3 vehicles permitted).

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and guests can only swim in the lake via public access roads and only after obtaining (and paying for a wristband). If you are interested in accessing the trails and lake, please let us know so we can provide your name to the Association. PLEASE NOTE: Lost pass fee is $275.

- No wood burning fire outside. See specific fireplace information to use the wood burning fireplace in the main living area.

Our guests safety is our top priority. Do not stand or sit on the balcony railings. This is a multi-level home with stairs that could be precarious for children and would require adult supervision. If you have children you are responsible for their safety at all times.

*Critters such as ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bears, coyotes, mountain lions, etc.) are native to Lake Arrowhead and can be found inside and around the cabins and it is normal to have sightings. There are no refunds for any of these sightings. Please expect and prepare to see any of the above. Please respect nature and all that comes with it if booking here.

Please respect our home, as you would your own. We try to keep this cabin modern & updated. Please DO NOT rearrange furniture. Please DO NOT disrespect our home by stealing items or breaking things without communicating, as we understand accidents can happen.
