Booked 19 days then cancelled!

Booked this Property on Oct 9th, nineteen days in advance. I was cancelled 2 hours before I was to arrive at the property only after I reached out to the owner on the procedure on how to enter the property. I emailed that they overbooked by another platform. I was immediately refunded, but this left my husband and me in search of a place to stay before his surgery. This is not acceptable.
