Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on half an acre with plenty of room to hang out and make memories! The neighborhood is very safe and less than a 5 minute drive to major retail and grocery stores!

Additional Notes/House Rules:

🔥🪵♨️Fire Pit- Firewood is not provided. Firewood on site is not for guests use. Fire must be put out by 10PM and should never be left unattended

📩 ID matching person booking will need to be provided within 48 hours of confirmed reservation, along with a short rental contract. Please note, must be over 25 to book

📸 Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood

🚮♻️ If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be asked to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up day is Thursday morning.

🏡 Quiet hours 10PM-8AM

🚫 No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

🚫 🚬No smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required

Garage is our storage space and not for guests use.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of girls we came to spend a week at a volleyball camp at University of Minnesota and it was perfectly located. There was plenty of rooms and beds for our large group! We loved it and will be back!

Well maintained house! Perfect for reunion holidays!

I had a great experience during my stay at this house. The hosts gave a warm welcome with complimentary snacks and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all 16 guests. Check out process was easy to follow and the hosts were easily reachable.

Graduation Weekend

We were in the area for a college graduation with family. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of room, big backyard, quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. The property owners were quick to respond and easy to work with!

Perfect for family gatherings

Greg and Connie's home was perfect for our family. We were a large group gathering in MN for a family occassion and wanted to stay together. There was room for everyone. Their home is configured on split levels so at no time did we feel crowded. The kitchen is large and was just right for multiple cooks preparing meals together. The backyard is spacious and private - a perfect place to sit and enjoy an autumn afternoon. It met all our needs.

Ok house with minor issues. Neat and clean. Well stocked and convinient kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to area attractions. There wasn't enough seating in the living room for eight of us, although there were enough beds for 14. Beds were comfortable.

Birthday Celebration Weekend in MN

We were 8 adults traveling to St. Paul to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. The house had room for all and more, we had more beds than we needed. The big driveway allowed us to gather and visit without worrying about street parking. We were also set up with the little things you may not think about when traveling! Since we checked in late, 9:00 pm, it was nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning before we were off to the store to prep the house for the weekend! Thank you Connie!
