The space
Every room is this home is spacious. Each room is designed by an interior decorator and provides brand new furniture, mattresses, linens, appliances, etc. Our property consists of two lots so you will have plenty of room for parking and outside entertainment. Brand new central AC installed inside the home.
The neighborhood is one of the most sought after neighborhoods on Winnipesaukee-Suissevale- a wonderful community with a multitude of activities for everyone to enjoy. Two community beaches, pickleball, tennis, basketball, and olympic size volley ball courts, two new playgrounds, a huge sledding hill overlooking the lake in the winter. Barecues, a gazebo, boat launches and more are offered in the community. Gorgeous and well maintained roads with breathtaking lake views for your morning walk or boat ride in the neighborhood. Bring a kayak, boat or jet ski two one of the two boat launches in Suissevale.
PLEASE NOTE:

Optional hot tub use:
$65 hot tub cleaning fee if you choose to use the hot tub during your stay. Please let us know in advance that way we can send you our hot tub waiver form.

Linen and towels are available for $100 for both; $30 for towels only (guests bring their own linens) or $70 for linens only (guests bring their own towels).

In the summer: Beach parking passes are required to use the beach for $125 per stay.

Great place- beautifully decorated!

We are on a girls trip and booked this house near the lake. Had a wonderful night outside around the fire pit. Great amenities and beautifully update decor. Very clean and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

New to vrbo, but cleaning fee seemed steep

Great, clean, organized place to stay. Great communication w owner. Understandable expectations. Just seemed to be steep cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. As it was an additional fee w no warning(Per se), that was added after intro price, it was surprising. This is not a dig on the owner, but on vrbo. As stated, I am new to it. Home and owner were great.

My name is Amanda. I have two boys, Jayden and Adrian. I am a realtor, interior decorator and home stager. We love to come up to Lake Winnipesaukee and create memories. We love all seasons up here. We enjoy boating, hiking, pickleball and the beach in the warmer months. We like to snow mobile, ice fish and ski in the colder months. The fall's also a beautiful time to enjoy. This area has some incredible restaurants. We are big foodies! For years I have been coming to Lake Winnipesaukee and making memories with my family.

What I love most about this neighborhood is that its one of the largest private beaches on the Lake. There are so many activities offered in Suissevale for everyone. Families, adults, or anyone can find something to do. Whether its playing at the beach with another young family, going to the beach to watch a fun band, there is something to do for everyone.
