About this property

Come stay at this cosy newly renovated 3 bedroom two full bath chalet. Beautiful kitchen the wood work is amazing throughout the house. The upstairs has a huge loft for gaming, sleeping hanging out, ton of room for parking vehicles or a boat. Huge deck to grill, hangout, have a fire. Sitting within a private community called Balmoral one mile from a private beach that sits on lake winnipesaukee. Plenty of summer fun as well as winter fun with a boat launch on the beach. Volleyball net, bocce ball court. There is a playground behind the clubhouse as well as a tennis court. Basketball courts are a few streets away. Such a vacation destination for all seasons.
