You'll spend your days swimming, surfing, and beachcombing when you escape to this ninth-floor condo at Palace Resort, with the soft golden sand of Myrtle Beach a quick elevator ride away. Not only does this oceanfront property provide direct beach access - you'll have two oceanfront pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, a sauna and steam room, an arcade, a putting green, and an on-site restaurant and lounge to come home to in the afternoons.

This beachfront location is perfect for both relaxation and activity, with the very heart of Myrtle Beach just over a mile up the coast. Within less than two miles, you'll find the SkyWheel, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Whispering Pines Golf Course.

Situated on the north end of the building, this condo boasts side views of the beach and the ocean from its two balconies. It's a gorgeous spot to begin each morning - sipping coffee in the salty sea breeze, preparing breakfast in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and sitting down for pancakes before heading down to the beach. At day's end, you'll find cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, with each bedroom offering its own full bathroom and direct balcony access. Central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Fun weekend at MB- running the half- marathon

We were there for the MB half marathon. We had a great location and the view was awesome. The condo was very nice and spacious for 6 women. It was decorated nicely and had everything we needed to have a great time. We enjoyed the hot tubs after running the race!

Great place!

This place is so nice. It was clean, bright, family friendly and perfect for what we needed it for. The view of the ocean is mesmerizing and if you're an early riser like we are you can catch the sunrise on one of the two balconies or right from the living room couch. There's a great breakfast place right across the street and a supermarket a few blocks away which was so convenient for us. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back.

We had an amazing time in the condo. My children loved the 3 jacuzzis and pool outside. The view was amazing, sunrise views every morning. All amenities worked and the room was very clean. I loved chatting with the owner. She was very helpful in getting more sheets that I needed for the pull out couch. Walmart around the corner. Loved it, highly recommend!!

Very nice remodeled condo at the Palace Resort, 2 separate rooms ideal for couple with 2 kids they can be in their private space, nice kitchen very clean and organized. The best part was the view of the sunrise every morning. The hotel needs some updates, but other than that it is in a good area, close to everything, Walmart close, and the boulevard. The access to the beach its pretty easy, We had a nice weekend getaway last week, we definitely had a great time.

Great location. The main bedrooms bathroom shower needs to be fixed water leaks all day. Waste of water. The condo is nicely decorated and and pleasant place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. And the sofa were clean. Very clean condo.

Just ok

We were celebrating kid's birthdays. The room could use some updating. We saw live roaches in the bathroom. The sliding door did not lock. The main entrance door into the room did not feel secure at all. It was loose and easily shook back and forth when locked and there's a gap between the door and door frame. There's no deadbolt, only a doorknob lock. The master bedroom tub leaks and the toilet had issues. All of the hallways smell really bad, mainly like smoke. If you are in the room and want to have the doors open, you constantly smell smoke from other balconies. At night, I could hear arguing, loud talking and music, and one night we watched from the balcony as someone got arrested on the property. Definitely don't think the area was a good area at all.

Beautiful Ocean View, Average Accomodations

The ocean view from this unit did not disappoint! It was amazing to be able to look out the window from the bedrooms and living room at all times of day and see the water! The space is amazingly laid out- the two bedrooms, two baths and open living area were perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was lacking, and we did have to contact Vacasa to come in and spray for palmetto roaches in the kitchen. I think if the unit has a good deep clean this could be prevented in the future. The Palace Resort itself has a lot of good features, but I’m not sure we would stay there again. The hallways were always filled with a smoky/weed smell and during our week there we saw enough of a police presence to know it was not the safest location. That said, we loved the ease of going down to the pool deck and on the walkway to the beach. We spent quite a bit of time in the hot tubs and on the beach! Our son liked the workout room as well. Also, all the guests we interacted with were very friendly.

Need cleaning

The microwave was not clean at all and the stove had cooked food left in it. Bathroom to the right of the unit do water would not run out normally after use. I called the 800 number on Saturday at 9:40 a.m. talk with the lady she stated that she would say that the situation was urgent and contact someone local to handle the issue. No one contacted me or came anytime on Saturday, so I call the number again Sunday morning and talk with another lady at this point it is close to check out and nothing was ever handled for my stay in this unit with Vacasa. I Was Not Pleased and Probably will not Use Vacasa Again....

STOP! Don’t waste your time or money!

Looking to breathe the fresh clean ocean air and relax in a pool overlooking the ocean well don’t stay here. If you enjoy the aroma of Mary Jane and no access to pools due to vomit filled or no wristbands left by owner this place is for you! Many issues were minor but when the owner doesn’t leave pool passes and you have to spend time on the phone trying to get them (they never came) dealing with Vacasa not a person sucked. They just kept saying I would get a phone call but never did. Lobby was no help and wouldn’t even let us pay for them. We could have stayed somewhere cheaper with no pool instead. The building was not the cleanest. Not a family area at all. Watched people doing drugs, arrest on beach, homeless people everywhere very sad. Lots of security at the buliding at least.
