The open-concept living area features large windows that frame picturesque views of the river and allow natural light to flood the space and plush sofas to unwind after a day of exploration.

The open kitchen has ample counter space and all the necessary utensils to create a delicious home-cooked dinner and enjoy it at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone. The vintage stove does work, but not the oven. There is a convection oven on the counter for your use.

The outdoor spaces are equally captivating, designed to make the most of the riverside location. Step out onto the private patio and breathe in the fresh air as you soak in the panoramic views.

For those seeking adventure, the river offers a plethora of activities to enjoy. Take a leisurely kayak ride, go fishing, or simply dip your toes in. Other communal amenities include our outdoor recreation area with basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, fire pit and propane grill. There is also a game room with a pool table, arcade games, foosball and a big screen TV.

We are located just 6 minutes from downtown Mineral Wells, voted the Wellness Capital of Texas, where you will find a selection of dining choices, shops, fossil trails, botanic gardens and historical sites to visit! We are also located just 30 minutes from Possum Kingdom Lake where you can boat, fish, swim, golf and dine!
