NEWLY RENOVATED Lake Front Condo overlooking marina on Possum Kingdom lake.

NEWLY RENOVATED in 2025. Please note that our condo is available for weekend and week day stays Friday through Monday and Monday through Friday only. Weekly rentals are 7 nights Monday through Monday or Friday through Friday only. Some exceptions are allowed based on the length of stay. Reservations include a 10% discount to restaurant. Magnificent golf course overlooking Possum Kingdom Lake is also available. 2 large swimming pools and fitness center located on the property. The condo is 1500 square foot open concept 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake front condo. King bed in master with 2 full size beds in 2nd Bedroom. Both have full size baths. Master bath equipped with garden jetted tub and large separate walk in shower. Extensive balcony overlooking beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake with access from the master bedroom and family room. Fireplace located in family room and master bedroom. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials including dishwasher. Stocked with bath linens. Washer and dryer.

The condos are located at a beautiful resort in on Possum Kingdom Lake in Graford, TX. It also includes a full service marina with launch, boat and jet ski rentals and short term boat parking.

Why they chose this property

After trying to find a location near our home in McKinney, TX, we were attracted to the largest and most beautiful lake in the state of TX. Once we visited the resort we quickly realized that this could be a great place to visit with all the amenities and most important the outdoors. It is a great place to bring family and friends to enjoy boating, jet ski's, fishing, golf, tennis and pools. We or you also have access to Condos on other resorts including White Bluff on Lake Whitney, TX, and Eagle Rock Resort in Blue Mountain, PA.
