Building facing the sea, on the central beach, in front of Cabras Island,
on top of Mc Donald's and Chaplin Restaurant. Side apartment with sea view, 13th floor, nicely decorated 2-room, travertine marble table for 6 people, 3 seater sofa and berger armchair, air conditioning and 32 'LCD TV fixed to the living room wall , wicker chest. Planned kitchen equipped with electric stove, electric oven, microwave and new refrigerator. Electric heating with hot water in all kitchen taps and bathrooms. Master suite with a double bed, a wall-mounted single bed, nightstand with lamp, air conditioning and ceiling fan with lamps. Double suite bathroom with glass shower, separate shower from bath, hydro, sink, toilet, hygienic shower and mirror with plaster frame. The junior suite has a bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, pencil shaped clothes hanger, children's table with a chair. The bathroom of the junior suite has a glass enclosed shower, sink, toilet, hygienic shower. Apartment with 54 m2. Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms.
On New Year's Eve, fireworks are placed on rafts around the island, which is in front of the building.

Ideal para descansar e desfrutar

O apartamento é muito bom, muito limpo e tem tudo o que precisa. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, sem falar que para ir à praia é só atravessar a rua. Os proprietários Regina e Luiz foram muito atenciosos, sempre orientando e atendendo quando entramos em contato. O porteiro Antonio e a Eliete também foram muito atenciosos. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Só tenho a agradecer e com certeza vou retornar! Recomendo.

vista e conforto

Aluguei por poucos dias em novembro do ano passado e adorei o apartamento, é bem aconchegante! A localização é bem central e com muitos serviços perto. O chuveiro é ótimo e meu filho adorou tomar banho de banheira. A cozinha é bastante prática e eu aprendi a usar o fogão elétrico sem problemas. A vista é muito bonita (à noite tem uma ilha que fica iluminada)! Espero retornar em breve!!
