A minha estádia foi EXCELENTE. O Apartamento é bom, com os utensílios necessários para uma boa estádia. A localização e o ponto forte, próximo de tudo e da praia. O apartamento fica no 15ª andar, quase não escuta barulho. Recomendo e voltaria a hospedar.

Estadia tranquila e muito agradável.

Tivemos dias muito agradáveis no apartamento, com sensação de muito acolhimento! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A administradora (Mari) é uma pessoa bem gentil e atenciosa. Como estava mais frio e chuvoso em Camboriu, foi muito legal ter Netflix disponível. Com certeza voltaremos lá!

Fomos recebidos por dona Virgínia, uma pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa. Ela nos explicou tudo sobre o apto e o condomínio, ela foi muito prestativa. As impressões gerais foram as melhores, o apto é exatamente como o anúncio. Decoração de muito bom gosto, muito limpo, bem ventilado, excelente localização (tudo muito próximo). Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, já fazemos planos para voltar...rs A Mari (proprietária) tbm foi muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Estivemos nos últimos dias neste imóvel 03 a 06/03/2018. A avaliação é que foi excelente além das expectativas. Apto. aconchegante muito limpo e organizado tem de tudo, louças, roupa de cama....... Perto da praia central , calçadão, 05 minutos de caminhada. A Sra. Virginia que nos recebeu muito atenciosa, gentil que da vontade de encontrar outra vez. Desde a solicitação de reserva atá a saída fomos bem orientados pela Sra Maridalva tudo que foi combinado foi entregue, um profissionalismo exemplar. Recomendo para que quiser ir a Balneario. Muiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiito bom.

Fui muito bem atendido pela proprietária, Maridalva, durante o processo de locação e durante minha estadia pela senhora Virgínia. O apartamento é impecável, tudo parece ter sido feito com muito carinho. A atenção ao detalhe é evidente, meus cumprimentos pelo profissionalismo e atenção demonstrados.

A apto é bem localizado (aproximadamente 300 m da praia e 150 m do calçadão central), está bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha (forno elétrico, micro-ondas, geladeira, pratos e talheres) e também com eletrônicos (duas TV de LED e internet wi-fi de 15 MB). É ideal para 3 pessoas, pois possui um quarto com cama de casal e um sofá-cama na sala. Foi recém-reformado.

Perfeito!!!

Já havíamos nos hospedado nesse prédio em razão da ótima localização, mas esse apto superou nossas expectativas, imóvel novo, totalmente equipado, cama queen muito confortável, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, com certeza voltaremos! Temos caminhonete, e ao informar a proprietária ela prontamente nos cedeu a vaga na garagem adequada, sem qualquer transtorno. Não posso deixar de elogiar a simpatia e presteza da proprietária Mari e da Dona Virginia, que nos recebeu tão bem, a nossa estadia foi maravilhosa!
