Spacious condominium near beaches
Spacious condominium, second-floor corner private unit. Minutes away from iconic beaches. Two minutes away from Boyd Hill Reserve, and 5 minutes from Fort DeSoto Beach. 3 minutes from Eckerd College, and 10 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg. This condo is perfectly located to explore the award-winning beaches within a short drive.
The space
Very relaxing, spacious rooms, walk-in closet, washer/dryer off the lanai. Enjoy 2 pools and a picnic area.
Guest access
Entire place. Pools, picnic area. Ample parking (cars are issued passes). Quick easy access to I275. Small dog may be considered for multi-month guests.

BY MONTH ONLY. This is a STRICT condo assoc. rule. Do not book if you don't intend to stay in full-month periods. Refunds for partial months will not be given. ie. If you book May 5 you must either leave June 5th or book/stay until July 5. There is a 6-month maximum stay allowed.
Condo Assoc. requires 4 forms to be provided including a background check - paid by the owner.
