Located in the heart of Waikiki along the Ala Wai Canal, with beautiful views of the mountains, water and golf course. This two bedroom condo will provide the perfect base of operations for your vacation. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, Honolulu Zoo, restaurants and luxury shopping.

The condo has been totally renovated with luxury and comfort in mind. All new appliances in the kitchen, with convection stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. Beautiful granite counter with four stools, opens to the living room with a flat screen Television for your entertainment.
WiFi connections and telephone included with free calls to local, mainland and Canada.
The sofa can be turned into a full-size bed for extra guests. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have queen size beds. The bedroom windows has black out curtains. New Breezeway windows were placed in the 2 bedrooms in May 2018 and has made the difference for a much peaceful sleep at night.

One bathroom has a shower, the master bedroom has a tub and shower. There is a medicine cabinet above the toilet tank in each of the bathrooms for your personal items.

On the rooftop you have access to the pool and BBQ grill with beautiful 360* ocean, mountain, and city views.

The Fairway Villa has 24 hr security with a large lobby and free assigned parking for one vehicle.

The lanai which overlooks the canal and mountains has a small table with two chairs and a lounger. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine and dream about our paradise island.

What a beautiful vacation rental. We were close to everything that we needed. The host was exceptional. The washer and dryer were a huge plus after getting off the cruise. The place was immaculate. Excellent communication and easy access to the unit. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Waikiki

Great location, 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, 4 minute walk to malls, 8 minute walk to the beach. 14 floors up to a updated rooftop paradise,(pics on listing need to be updated) which has a pool, 4 BBQs, a fire pit and some awesome views. The unit is very well stocked with all essentials, loads of both bath and beach towels. I would recommend upgrading the AC units and beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Honolulu.

Small but nice

We enjoyed our short stint here, the bathroom is pretty tiny and the AC's could use upgrading but overall we had no complaints about our stay here. No issues with checking in or out. Clean and pleasant.

We had a great stay here! Perfect for what we needed. For not being a waterfront property you have an amazing view and can go to the roof to take in the views of the area. The place had everything we needed.

Wedding week

My daughter and son in law live a couple blocks from this property. We were in town for the week for their wedding along with about 30 other guests from the mainland who had stayed in various rental properties as well. Everyone was jealous of ours! Location, cleanliness, amenities, space- it has it all. Was perfect. Would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable, quiet stay

Our family flew in from the Mainland and Maui for just a few days for a family funeral, and Jane's unit was perfect for our needs. It was very quiet, clean, and very well-equipped and furnished. And having on-site parking such a bonus! The morning view of the Ala Wai and inland valleys was a spectacular way to greet the day, and we enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the lanai while watching Honolulu begin to "wake up."

Our Oahu Vacation

The condo is in a great location, just a block from the International Market Place and other restaurants and shops. It is a corner unit on the 15th floor with nice views. A parking space is included, which was a big plus for us. Unlike other condos that we have stayed at, it does not include any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. There were some cockroaches in the kitchen, but it was just a minor nuisance. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

Parking is scary with big vehicle, but it was so nice to have. Everything is close enough without one. The property was nice. We had two couples and it was comfortable. Washer/Dryer and everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, toys we didn't need and a cooler. The view from the pool upstairs is awesome. The canal is also great. All and all this is a great, convenient place to stay. I love having a balcony to sit at night and enjoy the beauty. Thank you for the use of this property.

Kitchen was fully update, the rest not so much, but overall great experience.

We had problems with the TV not working. Not the owners fault, we contacted Spectrum they initially told us there was an outage in the area. After day three, we contacted Spectrum back, they they tried to reboot the TV without success. We were on vacation, so really didn't have much time for TV except trying to catch up on the news. Fortunately, we all had phone and access to cable news on our phones. Security was tight and available in the building. The location was awesome, we were able to walk everywhere. I would recommend, we left a 5 star resort on the Big Island and came there. Initially my group was apprehensive, but they, we all, quickly came around. We had access to a parking garage, so it was easy to leave the car in the garage and walk around. Great location!

Meh, very basic

The listing was far more impressive than the actual place. There weren’t any additional extras. This is my seventh trip and usually there is a welcome packet with directions and places to go maybe a chocolate or a postcard or something extra. This is very basic not a big huge welcome. The couch, although lovely is not comfortable to sit, and if you have adults, only 2 to 3 could sit on the couch and the other family members might be sitting on the barstool. It’s a very nice modern couch certainly not designed for comfort or family. The bathroom, shower curtain and towel rack were held together with masking tape. I was told that they were unaware, but it was very evident that the masking tape had been there for quite some time the vanity above the toilet was falling off its hinges. There were no instructions on how to run the master bath shower all although when I inquired, she did indicate that it was a little tricky. It would’ve been nice for that additional customer service to let someone know how to run the shower and that there’s a special way to do that. In the second bedroom, there’s like a mini chest of drawers that is super small not sure why they didn’t put a bigger one in there. They could’ve put one the same width and just added one with more heights and more drawers that would’ve accommodated that would’ve been super nice. The air conditioner in the second bedroom without the bathroom rattles all night long and there is some kind of air leak… hot. Won’t stay

We stayed in Waikiki as a family of four and this condo was wonderful. All the things that we needed were provided. We loved the extras like the ice chest, snorkeling gear, towels and beach chairs. The location was also very good. Walking distance to shops and the beach. The BBQ area and pool have also been updated and its a nice view.
