You will enjoy this cozy three-bedroom ranch-style home. Property is secluded but close to lake attractions, walking distance to Petenwell Lake, 2nd largest lake in Wisconsin.

It offers great getaway, comfortably fits 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room. Game room in the basement is perfect for entertaining. Beautifully covered front porch offers great place to sip your morning coffee, gas grill available for barbeque lovers. The back yard offers plenty of room for outdoor games. Fire pit and 3.3 acres of space is a perfect choice for family and friends gathering.

Explore nature and wilderness when walking the community trails. Conveniently this house is located near ATV trails, which you can explore year around. Plenty of hiking areas and fishing spots. If you want to enjoy Lake Petenwell, there's room to park your boat on the driveway, then head to Veteran's Park (1Mile) or Wilderness Park (3 Miles) to enjoy sandy beach and launch your boat. After a fun-filled day, there is nothing more relaxing than returning to Big Bay Lodge with 2 extra comfy King Beds and 2 flat TVs to watch your favorite movie.
