Beautiful and spacious single-family house (3,803 sq ft) inside of Encore Resort at Reunion a luxury and top rated gated community with a top of the line Restaurant and bar. (Food delivery to the property available) House equipped with private pool and hot tub, propane grill, Game Room with arcades and PS5, cinema room, thematic rooms for the children, and fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials. It is the perfect place to relax with your family after a day at the parks.

At the house, you will have available with a private Pool & Spa (heater available for an EXTRA additional $65.00 Fee per night, pool heater has to be added for the entire stay), and a private game room, with multiple arcade games, air hockey table, Arcade Basketball table, and a PlayStation 5 system.
Kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances, cookware, utensils, pans, plates, cups, blender, coffee maker, air-frier, toaster, waffle maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
All bedrooms are decorated with different themes and have Samsung 50” HD 4K Smart TVs.
Fully fenced backyard, with no back neighbors giving you plenty privacy and security.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire house to themselves. This includes the pool area and backyard. House does NOT have resort access.

• We offer Pool & Spa heating for an EXTRA additional $65.00 Fee per night (it has to be added for the entire stay and need to be paid 3 days before check-in unless its last minute booking). It takes about 24-36 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.
• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $70.00 EXTRA FER for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

Even though the community is only 8 miles away from Disney, there is no public transportation that can take you there. The best way to get around is with your own car, rental, or Uber. We offer free parking at the house.
