A waterfront home located at the 8.5 mile marker just off of Bittersweet Road in the popular Horseshoe Bend area. Whether you are seeking rest and relaxation or activities and adventure, our home offers all that you are looking for and more.

Offering 1 King Size master bedroom suite, 1 Queen Size bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 people. Main floor living area walks out to a large deck with a gas grill and patio furniture where you can recharge and enjoy a glass of wine along overlooking the spectacular panoramic lake view.

Lake view from all main floor windows as well as a master bedroom which also features a private balcony. A short set of stairs takes you to your own private dock with one10 x 24 slip available for guests and a swim platform.

Security Camera: Simplisafe monitors one of the slips where the owners boat is parked.

This home has a four night minimum in June and July and a three night minimum the rest of the year.

Walking distance to nearby restaurants with live entertainment and weekends music concerts.

4 minutes’ drive to the nearest Four Season golf course and just a short drive to Osage Beach where you will find the 110 store outlet mall, attractions and fine dining.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was clean, perfect for a family of 5, and within walking distance to many places! We had a wonderful time eating, grilling and sitting on the patio, and loved all the natural light inside the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated as well- we will be back!

A great place to stay!

The comfort and amenities in the house were everything as promised! Location was also nice! There were two bar/restaurants in walking distance that were also great spots. We rented a pontoon for the week and had a covered dock for easy in and out. We had 5 adults and all fit comfortably for sleeping, eating and enjoying the views from the upper deck. A great place to stay!

Our stay was excellent!

The location was great and house was everything we hoped for! The inside was very clean and welcoming. The deck was a great space with a nice seating area to eat and relax. It was very hot while we were there and the umbrellas were perfect. The dock was very large and where we spent most of our time. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance. We plan to return again!

Teak Village - June 2019

The house was clean and spacious, the deck and dock offered a great place to hang out and relax, and the location made it a short walk to nearby bars. Our only complaint was the noise Friday and Saturday nights. In each of the bedrooms (all upstairs) you could hear the music and feel the bass from H. Toad's down the street late into the night.

Nice home and location

The house and location was nice. The only two negatives is the parking of our vehicle and the many steps inside and out. The location was nice for quick in to town trips and the cove was quiet. The beds were comfortable The master bedroom was stuffy if the bedroom door was closed. There is no ceiling fan but a small table fan was provided.

Convenience

There are so many conveniences included with this property. It is walking distance to the nightlife areas we enjoy, there is a great boat slip for the boat we trailered for this vacation, not too far away from anything by boat or by car. We like to golf and the Lodge at Four Seasons has outstanding courses super close by. Its the perfect spot for a few young dudes to be guys.

Can't beat the location

My family had a great time staying at this property. We had 6 adults and 2 children (4 and under) and there was plenty of room for all. Really appreciated the big deck (lots of room to run around on), the dock / view, and the open kitchen / livingroom / dining room. I brought down a boat and tied it up at the dock all week. Launching it at Alhonna Resort across the cove was a breeze. Thanks!!

Post Deployment Memorial Day Weekend

Perfect location for the daily plans over the weekend. The master bedroom shower is amazing. Plenty of dishes and cookware made accessible to us. Our only issue was we wish we had brought some more towels because only 8 were provided. Between the lake and showers, they went quick!

Amazing house and location!

I could not have been more pleased with this house for the weekend. It was a perfect getaway for our small group of friends. We loved being able to walk to close restaurants! Everything was clean, the check in was effortless, and I would love to stay here again!

Nice house, docks were great but very busy lake.

House is very pleasant, beds were very comfortable. The showers have trouble adjusting the hot water. Lots of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs would not recommend.

Laurie, thanks for your review of our Teak 1 waterfront home located on Horseshoe Bend in Lake Ozark/Four Seasons. The owners have done quite a bit of remodeling over the past two years including an all new master bathroom and all new guest bathroom. This is one of our most popular rental homes. Guests love the large cove off the main channel, dock just a few steps away and a nice deck overlooking the lake. This two level home has the initial entrance on the top level which is 10 steps up from the parking area. Then there is one flight of stairs on the interior that lead from the upper floor, which features three bedrooms and two full baths, down to the lower level (around 12 stairs) which features the living room, dining area and kitchen as well as the laundry and a half bath. The lower level walks onto the deck and there are only a couple of steps down and then a gentle slope to the dock. This is fairly typical for our area as most homes and condos are built on the side of a hill right next to the lake. We do have a few walk-in properties (mostly condos) so please keep that in mind for the future. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you in the future! Russell Burdette Owner/Broker

Perfect summer vacation

The property is exactly as pictured and the scenery is even better. The house was perfect for us and our two teenage boys. This was our first time to the area and the location couldn’t have been better. Yes, the house is across the street from a busy bar, but we didn’t hear anything from the house. The dock and location on the lake is perfect. It’s a quiet little cove, perfect for boating and swimming. One small note: the tap water has a distinct sulfur smell. Nothing too extremely off putting, but we did use bottled water for cooking and making coffee. We had an amazing time and plan on returning!

Andrea, thanks for your review! Our Teak Village home has new owners as of a few years ago and they have done a lot of updating. The home is situated in a large cove off the main channel and provides a very nice view from the deck.
