You can walk to Tin Can Alley, which has great eateries, desserts, drinks etc. Next to that is a rock climbing state of the art facility for adults and kids. Also minutes to Sandia Resort Golf Club and Casino. Plus close to I-25 for easy access to anywhere in Albuquerque or head to Santa Fe!

Has 2 large living areas. Plenty of room for family and friends. Backyard has plenty of seating as well. Large kitchen for hosting family meals. Great views from the balcony.
