Quaint four season country home Located 12 miles from Littleton, NH. Close to ski areas Cannon Mountain, Loon, Waterville Valley, Attitash & Bretton Woods.
3 bedroom country home with a Cooks (happy place) kitchen, Bar area, Computer station and a Large living room with a TV & fireplace.
The outdoors offer a huge walk out Deck, giant Fire Pit & access to the Indoor pool & Hot Tub room.
Pets are welcome.
Our property consists of 3.75 acres with a pond. 5 miles north west from the Moore Dam on the Connecticut River. Close to Dog Mountain, Mount Washington, several ski resorts, multiple hiking trails and two beaches.
Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance. The bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters. The property has a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. Photos are encouraged.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 6 cars, a dozen motorcycles or even an RV.
All are welcome here(with the exception of ICE.) We don’t care about your politics, race, gender identity or who you love. Just be nice and have a wonderful time.

* You are booking the upstairs of the main house. We live in a separate downstairs apartment. The indoors are not shared spaces. There are completely separate entrances to both. The land and pool/hot tub room are shared spaces. We tend to keep to ourselves unless needed.
* This is not a hotel, or commercially owned. This is our actual home. It was built in 1978 it’s an older home. It has many updates but it is older and has its quarks. We are also located next to a farm. This means critters and flies do happen occasionally.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off AC units
Turn thermostats down to 50°
Close any windows you opened.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are renting our main house. We stay below in our basement apartment. You have full use of all amenities listed in description. Quiet 12am-5am
You are fully responsible for any and all damages caused by you, your guests and your pets. Smoking indoors is NOT allowed. You will be charged $200
DO NOT leave your pets unattended for more than 3hrs. If you do , you will be asked to leave (refunds) We pet sit 20/hr. (Advance notice recommended)

Adorable Cozy Getaway!

My boyfriend, our pups, and our moms stayed here for a weekend away together and we all had such a lovely time! Everyone loved our stay, and the decor was so adorable and cozy, we felt right at home. Our hosts were also so hospitable and thoughtful! We had everything we could have ever needed and more. We would love to stay here again!

Monroe Weekend

Rebecca was very prompt in responding to any question I had prior to arrival. She also was very gracious to allow a 2 hr early arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Was a pleasant stay.

Hiking trip with my hunny and the boys :)

The property is everything you need for a great weekend with friends or family. There are plenty of things to do on the property and it is in a relatively good area for going on some awesome hikes. Most hikes are within less than an hour drive. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of hiking and after the tub the fire pit was an excellent way to end off the night. I also want to add that the kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook whatever you want, i thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen and the butcher block was a nice touch. The owner was also very receptive and kind. Any questions I had I would get a very quick response which made me even more comfortable. Overall this place was amazing, everyone in my party agrees. I would highly recommend staying here and I know i’ll be back :)

Host is wonderful with communication. When we arrived the house was as described. The goodies for us and our pups was a very pleasant surprise. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing. Large yard foryour dogs to sniff to their heart desire.
