PLEASE NOTE...since the hurricane Otis, the building is still under construction. Some common areas may be temporarily closed but nothing significant to prevent the guests from an enjoyable experience.

Please treat the space with respect. This is still a private residence, not a hotel, so cleaning and laundry during your stay are your responsibility. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
