The beautifully decorated master suite offers a serene atmosphere with panoramic views of the lake. It features a king-sized bed.

Bedroom 2 & 3:
Our charming guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and boasts large windows that fill the room with natural light. This room offers a peaceful retreat with its tasteful décor and a view of Lake Hammock

Bedroom 4: Perfect for families or larger groups, the fourth guest bedroom is furnished with twin-sized beds. It offers a cozy and inviting ambiance, with ample storage space and a pleasant view of Lake Hammock.

Bathrooms:
The lake house features two well-appointed bathrooms. Their is a master bathroom joining to half Bath. The second bathroom is conveniently located for guests and is equipped with a shower/tub combination. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Our lakeside haven is nestled in the town of Lake Park, GA. It offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near local attractions, shops, and dining options. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas if you need to smoke. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if evidence of smoking indoors is found.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of other residents and neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keep noise levels low during these times.

Pets Policy: We allow pet with a $100 pet fee. Must follow the property rules. Any property damage will be billed.

Guest Limit: The reservation is confirmed for the number of guests specified in the booking. (Max 8 People) Please notify us in advance of any additional guests or visitors. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.

Care for the Space: We take pride in our home and hope you will too. Please help us maintain cleanliness by tidying up after yourself and leaving the space as you found it. Please report any accidental damage or breakage.

Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after cooking. Dishes should be washed and put away, and countertops wiped down.

Check-out Guidelines: Check-out time is at 10 AM unless otherwise agreed upon.
Check-In Guidelines: Check-in time is at 4 PM unless otherwise agreed upon.

Safety and Security: For security reasons, please ensure that all doors and windows are securely closed and locked when leaving the premises. Do not share the access codes with anyone outside your party.

Environmental Conservation: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, heating, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the property.
