Located near the beach, your family and friends will enjoy the short walk to the beach and large decks with ocean breezes. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive you may never want to leave the beach.

When you enter Sea Pearl, you are immediately at ease with the bright and fresh spaces. Heading upstairs or take the elevator to the 3rd floor which boasts an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen. In the living room watch your favorite movies by the cozy fireplace. Access the 3rd floor balcony from the living room to take in the amazing ocean breezes and some glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table and in the kitchen. The kitchen has a Keurig and a coffee pot to make your morning coffee just how you like it!

The 3rd floor features another half bath and the Master suite. The Master suite showcases a King bed, a private balcony and private bathroom. This bathroom has a soaking tub to relax in, a separate shower and double vanities.

On the 2nd floor you’ll find a suite with King bed, private balcony, and full attached bathroom. This bathroom features a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities. This level also holds the washer and dryer. Another guest bedroom with Queen Bed and balcony access is right across the hall from another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This level also has the ideal space for a game night. There is a game room with TV, kitchenette, and access to the deck.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the other levels. The 1st level hosts a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom.

Only a 1-minute walk to the beach! Take a short walk to the beach access at the end of the road to enjoy uncrowded beaches.
