Nicely furnished living room with leather furniture.
Dock with seating , Patio with Picnic Table, Fire pit, and Gas Grill. Property is adjacent to boat launch.
Lots of grassy area for enjoyment, outdoor games.
Kitchen is well furnished: Dishwasher, oven, stove, refridgerator, freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker and more.
Although the beds available say 'sleeper sofa', it is a queen sized air mattress

Parking is right next to house. Couple minute walk to nearby resort lodge, swim beach and other amenities
