Why they chose this property
Faribault has a lot to offer. Downtown has a lovely bakery, coffee shops, distillery and lots of other cute shops. There are several wineries in the area. We fell in love with the scenery of all the lakes. There's a bike trail in town and lots of restaurants to.chose from. Our lake house sits up on a hill. Roberds Lake is small, with little traffic.

What makes this property unique
It's cozy and has character. It was built in the 1930's and well cared for. It has a large deck facing the lake, equipped with a grill. Our dock is across the street. The boat landing is 3.5 miles away. Sleeps 6-8. Full kitchen, washer/ dryer, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Very family friendly.
