Hi Amy, We are SO sorry that the hot tub did not seem operational during your stay. We have the hot tub cleaned/sanitized in between every guest and the hot tub was in perfect working order when the cleaning company left on Saturday. Hey Noel - we are SO sorry to hear that our housekeeping efforts did not meet your expectations. We strive to give each guest the absolute best experience they can have and take pride in each and every one of our properties. As with any service industry, there can and will be bumps along the way and the best show of service is when those bumps are remedied in a quick and acceptable manner. We would have LOVED the opportunity to make this right for you, but unfortuantely did not know about this issue until after you left. We include two contact numbers in each check-in packet for guests to use during their stay - the emergency number is available 24 hours a day and the other is active during business hours and always responded to right away. We hope you give us another chance next year to show you just how amazing we can be!!!

Hey India - thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We understand that there were issues with the parking form/permit for your stay. The area this property is located (Ocean Lakes) requires paperwork be submitted for your parking passes. This paperwork can either be submitted prior to arrival, speeding up the process once you arrive, or you can bring it with you when you come. We mail out this paperwork when you book (as they do not give the option of digital submission) and it's then up to the tenant to fill out and mail to Ocean Lakes if early submission is desired. We verified that you received said paperwork and assumed all was good to go - as there's nothing more we can do at that point. Upon arrival, since the forms were not submitted early, you had to wait in the long line to obtain your parking passes and we know that is not fun. We never hung up on you and the only texts we sent were in response to the questions you asked. While our first priority is for every guest to always have a GREAT experience renting our properties, there are certain issues that we are unable to do a thing about (and one is the parking process at Ocean Lakes). If there was a way for us to streamline their process or do it for our tenants we absolutely would - but THEY will not allow it.

Hey Wanda - we are sorry to hear about your family's parking issues. I must say I was kind of surprised to read this, as most families that stay here have AT LEAST 2 cars (many SUVs) and we've never had one say they had an issue parking in the driveway. The space in front of the golf cart building is small - so you could only get a small car in that spot - but the driveway space under the back canopy has housed many a crew cab truck and Suburban/Yukon XL vehicles:) Also - there is an overflow lot (that's mentioned on the Ocean Lakes parking form and pointed out upon arrival) that is conveniently located right around the corner, about 300 feet from the house. Hopefully you will come stay with us again and we can make sure to point this lot out to save you some hassle!!!

Hey Ben - thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. As far as the entrance is concerned, this is how this property is set up (for security purposes) and it's clearly stated in the check-in packet "Property Entry: The keys you have been provided are for the patio doors on the back deck." I know this can be inconvenient for some and we do apologize for this. I can assure you that this house was not smoked in nor have there ever been pets here. Our housekeeping staff is trained to notice both of these issues - as this is a non-smoking/pet house - and we are super serious about both (and will charge those that don't abide). We looked into the other issues you've stated as we've NEVER heard of any of those from other tenants. The hot tub does sit on a BIT of a slant, but water does not pour out unless children are jumping in and out of it. The water spigot is located in the rear of house by the steps near outdoor shower - we would have been more than happy to assist you in finding this if you had called to let us know. While the swing may not be brand new, it certainly is not disintegrated - as we know that would be a liability to our tenants and would have it removed! Same with the golf cart - while not brand new it certainly is not a piece of junk. We understand you had an issue with the sensor going out on the cart during your stay and were glad we were able to get it fixed and back to you that afternoon. Problems may arise at any property during a vacation - we pride ourselves in being able to address the problems as soon as possible to make sure you can enjoy your stay as much as possible. We would have been more than happy to address any of the issues you have stated here if we had known - we can only help when we know what's going on!

Hey Sonja - thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are SO sorry that you felt the cleaning was less than perfect. We have an amazing cleaning crew for that property and usually do not receive any complaints. Keeping floors non-sandy at the beach is hard - the constant in and out (even from a porch) tracks it in unknowingly. We would have been more than happy to send them back out if we had known during your stay!
