Welcome to this beautiful villa located in most desired Glenbrook Resort community, which is internationally known for its subtle mix of that resort feel, while maintaining that 'neighborhood' charm. This villa is very close (~50 yards) to the clubhouse with gym, tennis courts, beach volleyball, resort pool, games room, and scheduled activities. It is close to Disney, just ~ 7.5 mi (12km) or ~ 15 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World.

This villa featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The master suite has a king size bed, two pond-view windows and sliding door to the enclosed lanai. The master bathroom has garden tub and separate shower, dual vanity. One guest room has a queen bad, and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom. The living room and large family room give you plenty of space. A dining table and a fully-fitted kitchen give you all cooking tools. Super-sized, south-facing private pool lets you enjoy Florida sunshine all day long with great water view right in the back. Pool equipped with removable baby security fence. This house provides cabled TVs, game console/DVD/VCR, washer and dryer. Free wireless (WiFi) internet access.
The villa offers interactive cable TV, with hundreds of HD channels, including Disney Channel, ESPN and HBO.

For guests with babies, we have a crib/playpen and high chair available.

Pool was nice, clean, and refreshing - could have been a tad warmer. Home is slightly dated, but clean, well equipped, and a great value. Host and manager very easy to deal with. House comes equipped with basic needs - tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Pet friendly, however there is a fee. Pets must be walked on leash as yard is only fenced around pool area. Easy access to gas, groceries, and local attractions. We had an awesome time in the area for our granddaughter’s wedding in Clermont.

We spent 5 months in a property 2 doors down last year so we wanted to try a different one in same area. I will start with the positive. The property was clean and the pool area was lovely but unfortunately that’s where it ended. The sinks were very off-putting and the beds were uncomfortable but we managed but the worst of it was the neighbours. They sat around smoking week and encouraged their dog to so his business less than a yard from the pool cage without cleaning it up. The only time the owners did so was when I called it out and told them to clean but when we weren’t there or looking it didn’t get cleaned up. Due to how close to the pool this was happening it put us off using it.

Yes. The house was very poorly maintained. Cob webs all over the pool and patio area. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Dish washer not functioning. Dinning room chair broken. VRBO should not advertise su h properties. Will never go with VRBO again.

We has a great time..fantastic pool..i have an autistic son and he had a blast..AC was broken the first day but it was fixed the next day..house has a few things to be fix but nothing that will prevent of having a good time.

Absolutely beautiful house

I had an amazing time.. The only issue was the AC went out for a few days but i was able to fix it myself.. The best part was the pool & the beautiful view to the lake 😁 Im vety happy 😊 i would definitely rent again..

Great location and pool

Vila is in a great location - a little bit away from all of the parks. Also good for various shops on the 192 to/from the parks (including super Target and Wallmart). The main event for this villa is the pool - it's a great size and overlooks a small lake with trees - a good 'natural' feel, rather than some of the built up estates around Disney. We had visits from flocks of birds which was nice - although the drones flying overhead was slightly 'creepy'. The villa itself was fine, we had some problems with pool furniture and the TV, but the property management sorted that out. The room orientation was good for 4 people and the kitchen was well equipped, but it could really do with a spruce up to replace the worn furniture as the villa has great potential.

The worst experience I had at VBO. Dirty house, communication with the horrible owner, comfort does not exist. Do not recommend this house. It needs to be fully renewable and the owner needs to be friendly and welcoming.

Cleanliness was not priority at this property....very disappointed with how dirty the house was and once i contacted the owner about the house not being clean she stopped replying to me even hung up on the vrbo lady 😑 if the house & appliances would have been clean our stay would have been perfect.

Property was comfortable and spacious. We were sad that we were only able to use the pool twice. Pool water was green. I contacted the owner/manager of the property and someone was sent out, but I don't think the pool guy did anything. If he did, he made pool water greener. That is my only complaint. Our stay would have defiantly been a 5 star rating if the pool area was clean and if we were able to enjoy it. Other than that everything was great.

Do NOT rent from this owner

We were moved to another property from this because of “damages” per the owner. She stated we were gonna get a bigger nicer house for the same price. This house was disgustingly filthy. Mold everywhere. Toilets leaking. Ceiling dripping from leaking toilets. I had to clean the house just to stag there. We left early because we couldnt take it any longer. The owner does not care about upkeep. Absolute slum lords. I took pictures of everything.

Property manager reported that the toilet was in working condition until these guests checked in. They reported the leaking midnight and the management got it fixed first thing in the morning. The rest is all imagination.

We enjoyed our stay . The concerns we had was the beds , they are all horrible. Can’t move without them making loud noises. The kitchen supplies are terrible, no big pots , coffee maker broken , not a sharp knife at all , toaster broken , needs a lot of tender loving care . We washed all the baseboards, and washed the patio area , was very dirty . Now , with all that , we did enjoy the pool and we made due with what was there .. it truly needs a deep clean . One thing I wanted to mention was the pool people that are supposed to clean the pool every week. They don’t . I caught them in a lie , after I sent pics to the property management the pool people showed up 25 minutes later . Ann , you should keep up on making sure they are doing their job , especially if you are paying for the service. Anyways , thank you , I hope my input helps .

Drinks around the world!

We have a few suggestions to make. First and foremost, a railing is needed to walk into the pool. Second, if we would have needed to work remotely it would not have been possible. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. Third, the queen or double bed is extremely loud. I would suggest you sit and then lay down on the mattress to understand the amount of noise that is made just when sitting on a bed. I don’t even want to think about the noise if other activities were to take place while in the bed. Fourth, while we completely understand it is not your responsibility to supply the renters with essentials for their entire stay, it would be nice for you yo offer liquid dish soap and liquid hand soap. Fifth and last, while the place settings on the table look nice for staging it is really impractical for renters. Often the table is used for other activities aside from eating and then the dishes get in the way. A centerpiece might be an option. We do thank you for renting to us.

The pool is the only thing nice about this property

It’s a really good size and comes with a decent sized pool that my kids enjoyed swimming on all week. Other than that, it fell way below my expectations for our first family vacation. The beds are all insanely noisy and extremely uncomfortable. I ended up having to sleep on the couch to get some relief. Three people ended up utilizing the master bed as it was the only someone comfortable bed out of 6 beds. The place was dirty - floors turn your feet pitch black - we attempted to wash them but the mop refused to run clear. A piece of the Outdoor furniture was broken - and the rest have outlived their life. This place need a deep clean and new furniture in order to make it worth the price. They could also use some nice decorative pieces. I also recommend updating the description to include limited cookware & toiletries. We were not advised of this until after booking and paying - it was quite annoying to have to put out tons of money at dollar tree and Walmart for the week- I wish I had listened to the past reviews - you would think consistent negative reviews for years would result in the owners making some changes. I would never recommend this as a vacation spot.

Advice always Read Reviews!

Lesson learned to spend time to read reviews before booking and not just price and pictures. The home was dusty and the counters were sticky. Cob webs all over ceiling fans and ceiling edges. The dining rooms chair are all ripped and worn and the outside furniture is old and brittle. Two burners of stove were broken, air hockey table did not work as was the barbecue was broken. Multiple screen panels were missing over the pool, so at night it got buggy. The beds were horrible, if you moved the were creaked and made noisy l, even for an 8 year old. No guidance notes left about checking in at clubhouse and when I reached out to owners to assist in using the front door lock I got no response. Thank goodness we could figure out. As we were there I read reviews but it was too late. I would not recommend the home for a stay. Very disappointed.

I will never rent this place again. The beds were all squeaky as soon as you sat on them or made one movement there was a noise. their was a food wrapper under the table as well as a cracker and a sock sitting on one of the chairs. In the bathroom when we first got there I found hair on the hand towel and bath towel as well as hairs on the toilet. We went to go in the game room and when we went to play air hockey the table had broken pieces and wouldn't even turn on. Not to mention the pool had pieces of roofing in it since they were working on the roof before and during our stay, which led to us having cuts on our feet. When I did call management the pool guy did end up coming but never actually cleaned the pool out. The floors were not cleaned right which left our feet to turn black and when we wiped the inside and outside tables off the paper towel was black as well. The TV also would work to turn on but you couldn't do anything on it besides turn it back off it was like it was broken. The rugs on the floors were so dirty everytime you stepped on one there was like little rocks and stuff that would get stuck to your feet. Overall was a terrible place to stay at.

Nice pond view

Pros: location, pool with beautiful view of pond with and neat wildlife. We Also liked the price. Cons: electric grill didn't work. Had planned on grilling out the majority of stay which was a bummer. Had charcoal grill available but messy and extra costs of having to buy charcoal and lighter. -No filters for coffee maker. -Game room is in the garage which is not air conditioned and unbearable to stay in during our stay in May temps in 90s. Also air hockey table didn't not work. -Large Front burner on stove didn't work. - baby gate for pool took two people to get fastened back after opening. - we left voice-mail with the maintenance # but no return call or fix during our stay. -Kitchen pleather chairs were deterioting so bad I constantly had to sweep up the pieces that kept peeling off everytime we sat down on them.

Lovely Home Away from Home

Our family had a such a lovely stay at this property. The location was perfect for our Disney vacation. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and well-maintained. The owner and property manager were very responsive throughout the entire process. Granted, there are updates in the home that can be made over time but that did not take away from our experience. We loved staying there and the kids want to know how soon we can return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
