This 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom unit is located on the main level of the Rivergreen Resort, a family friendly resort perched at the base of Loon's South Peak along the Pemigewasset River. You'll enjoy being in the heart of Lincoln, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and recreation. Step outside and walk the JE Henry trail to pick out your favorite spot on the river, or walk over with some tubes and float in the sun! On-site, there is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, game room and grills.

Overall a good stay. Location of the building is excellent. Location of the unit within the building is good (first floor, end unit). However, because it is an end unit, the exit door of the building would slam and shake the master bedroom wall every time someone entered/exited the building. Would be nice if building manager would "soften" the closing of the door. Unit could use a little maintenance/updating. Ceilings in both showers are crumbling, shower head in main bathroom sprays everwhere, slider door is very difficult to use and screen is torn, letting bugs in.
