Great family getaway

Great house for a large family gathering. The location, though really remote, was centrally located for our families so we were more focused on the house than the surrounding area. We were blessed with a warm winter weekend so took advantage of the basketball court, hot tub, and outdoor fireplace. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to gather and have fun!

Great Weekend Getaway

It was perfect for a friend’s weekend getaway. The home is very clean. It slept 11 adults well. There are lots of games and activities to use. The hot tub was wonderful! Things that are helpful to know: 1. There are two bedrooms (4 bunk room & king bed) on the second floor with full bathroom, master bedroom on main floor and 3 bedrooms in the basement (two queen beds & bunkbed) with full bathroom. The 2 queen bedrooms in the basement are directly under the kitchen & living room, and the ceiling isn’t well insulated, so sound does transfer easily. The beds were comfortable. 2. The kitchen is VERY well stocked - plenty of pots & pans (which is needed when cooking for lots of people). There is a coffeemaker - but no coffee filters, so bring your own. 3. The TVs turn on - but there was no access to live TV or cable. Overall it fit our needs perfectly and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!!

Family gathering to remember

The house and property is beautiful. Games for adults and kids to play, pool was a plus .. and plenty of space for everyone. We were in town for an internment and having family together was so important.
